電弧風(fēng)洞模擬ZnS紅外窗口表面溫度響應(yīng)

【摘要】:為了開展紅外窗口地面試驗研究,需用電弧風(fēng)洞準確模擬出紅外窗口表面溫度響應(yīng)過程,ZnS具有紅外透明性,地面流場模擬試驗中,在不影響其流場狀態(tài)情況下較難獲得其表面溫度,因此無法模擬出紅外窗口的溫度響應(yīng)過程。介紹了在電弧風(fēng)洞上模擬ZnS紅外窗口表面溫度響應(yīng)的方法,首先使用與ZnS相似熱物性參數(shù)的2Cr13獲得表面溫度,接著模擬出紅外窗口流場狀態(tài)及溫度響應(yīng)過程,最后通過電弧風(fēng)洞流場試驗進行驗證。研究結(jié)果表明:在150~250℃溫度區(qū)間,2Cr13與ZnS在電弧風(fēng)洞流場試驗中的溫度響應(yīng)一致。使用與ZnS相似熱物性參數(shù)的2Cr13測試ZnS表面溫度實現(xiàn)電弧風(fēng)洞模擬ZnS表面溫度響應(yīng)具有一定可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the ground test of infrared window, it is necessary to accurately simulate the temperature response process of infrared window surface with arc wind tunnel. ZnS has infrared transparency, and in the simulation test of ground flow field, It is difficult to obtain the surface temperature without affecting the flow field, so the temperature response process of the infrared window can not be simulated. The method of simulating the surface temperature response of ZnS infrared window in arc wind tunnel is introduced. Firstly, the surface temperature is obtained by using 2Cr13 with similar thermal physical parameters as ZnS, and then the flow field and temperature response process of infrared window are simulated. Finally, the flow field test of arc wind tunnel is carried out. The results show that the temperature response of 2Cr13 and ZnS in the arc wind tunnel flow field is the same in the temperature range of 150 ~ 250 鈩,
