農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電自動化研究

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)自動化為實現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)智能化提供了非常重要的技術(shù)支持,不僅有效改善了配網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)、運行以及調(diào)度的管理水平,也為供電企業(yè)帶來了良好的經(jīng)濟收益和社會效益,為電力用戶提供更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的電能質(zhì)量和電力服務(wù)。經(jīng)過十幾年的農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造,我國農(nóng)村平均電力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平大幅提升,極大地促進了農(nóng)村消費升級。在主網(wǎng)架和供電能力得到切實加強和保障的前提下,響應(yīng)新一輪農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級的號召,如何有效推進農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電系統(tǒng)自動化實施進程,進一步打造安全可靠的電力環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)人性化的電力服務(wù)以及高效益的運行狀態(tài)在促進農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級方面有著十分關(guān)鍵的研究意義。本文經(jīng)過分析農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電自動化系統(tǒng)實施所需滿足的技術(shù)要求,從配電系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)入手,深入研究了農(nóng)村配電自動化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程中包括主站、監(jiān)測終端以及通信體系在內(nèi)的主要構(gòu)成部分應(yīng)遵循的建設(shè)原則。針對農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)工作環(huán)境復(fù)雜多樣、負荷分布稀疏等實際情況,分別對監(jiān)測終端設(shè)計和通信體系建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。本文提出了農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電自動化系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測終端的設(shè)計目標、應(yīng)用功能,并應(yīng)用分層結(jié)構(gòu)和模塊化設(shè)計思想,分別給出了監(jiān)測終端軟硬件設(shè)計方案,為提高配電自動化系統(tǒng)的整體可靠性提供了有力保障。本文探討了農(nóng)村配用電通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,分析比較了目前幾種較為主流的通信方式分別在結(jié)構(gòu)和運行特性上的優(yōu)缺點,并提出采取光纖和無線多網(wǎng)絡(luò)緊耦合的組網(wǎng)方式,在遵循以光纖為主,無線為輔這一通信組網(wǎng)原則的前提下,更好地組建安全可靠、易于管理的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)。最后,給出了蕪湖縣配電系統(tǒng)自動化工程實現(xiàn)方案,進一步闡述落實農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電系統(tǒng)自動化對用電安全性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟性等方面帶來的巨大效益?偠灾,有關(guān)農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)配電系統(tǒng)自動化的研究不僅對供用電部門有緊迫的實際意義,對農(nóng)網(wǎng)配電系統(tǒng)自動化項目的落實也有著較為突出的指導(dǎo)作用,而且對推進服務(wù)新型城鎮(zhèn)化和美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)這一戰(zhàn)略目標是至關(guān)重要的。
[Abstract]:Distribution network automation provides very important technical support for the realization of intelligent distribution network. It not only effectively improves the management level of distribution network production, operation and dispatch, but also brings good economic and social benefits to power supply enterprises. To provide higher quality power quality and power services for power users. After more than ten years' transformation of rural power network, the level of rural average power infrastructure has been greatly improved, which has greatly promoted rural consumption upgrading. On the premise of strengthening and guaranteeing the main grid and power supply ability, in response to the call of the new round of rural power network transformation and upgrading, how to effectively promote the implementation process of rural power distribution system automation, and further create a safe and reliable electric power environment, The realization of humanized electric power service and the high benefit operation state have very important research significance in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the rural power network. Based on the analysis of the technical requirements for the implementation of the distribution automation system in rural power grid, this paper begins with the overall structure of the distribution system, and deeply studies the construction process of the distribution automation system in rural areas, including the main station. Monitoring terminal and communication system should be followed by the main components of the construction principles. In view of the complex and diverse working environment and sparse load distribution in rural power grid, higher requirements are put forward for the design of monitoring terminals and the construction of communication system. In this paper, the design goal and application function of the monitoring terminal of distribution automation system in rural power network are put forward, and the hardware and software design scheme of the monitoring terminal is given by using the hierarchical structure and modular design idea, respectively. It provides a strong guarantee for improving the overall reliability of distribution automation system. This paper discusses the related contents of rural power distribution communication network, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several popular communication modes in structure and operation characteristics, and proposes a tight coupling network mode of optical fiber and wireless multi-network. Based on the principle of optical fiber and wireless, a secure and easy to manage communication network is established. Finally, the realization scheme of power distribution automation project in Wuhu County is given, and the great benefits brought by the implementation of distribution system automation in rural power grid on the safety, reliability and economy of power consumption are further expounded. In a word, the research on the automation of distribution system in rural power grid is not only of urgent practical significance to the power supply department, but also has a more prominent guiding role in the implementation of the automation project of the distribution system of rural power network. Moreover, it is very important to promote the strategic goal of serving new urbanization and beautiful rural construction.
