面向智能棉紡生產(chǎn)的CPS架構(gòu)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:棉紡行業(yè)是中國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)中最重要的基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)之一,在推進其智能制造和加速產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級方面必須有自己的創(chuàng)新.在分析了棉紡智能化發(fā)展狀況和所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)后,根據(jù)信息物理系統(tǒng)(cyber-physical system,CPS)的特征和現(xiàn)代棉紡生產(chǎn)流程的現(xiàn)狀,以工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)和信息集成技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),提出了面向智能棉紡生產(chǎn)的"感知-通信-融合-控制"4層CPS框架結(jié)構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了該架構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù).CPS架構(gòu)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)將有力促進智能棉紡生產(chǎn)各類資源的高效配置、生產(chǎn)流程智能優(yōu)化、質(zhì)量和效率的大幅提升.
[Abstract]:Cotton spinning industry is one of the most important basic industries in China's textile industry. It must have its own innovation in promoting its intelligent manufacturing and accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading. After analyzing the development and challenges of cotton spinning intelligentization, according to the characteristics of information physical system (cyber-physical system,CPS) and the present situation of modern cotton spinning production process, the paper bases on industrial big data and information integration technology. In this paper, a four-layer CPS framework for intelligent cotton spinning production is proposed, which is composed of four layers: perceptual, communication, fusion and control. On this basis, the key technology of CPS and its key technology are discussed, which will promote the efficient allocation of all kinds of resources in intelligent cotton spinning production, the intelligent optimization of production process, and the improvement of quality and efficiency.
