【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)方興未艾,數(shù)據(jù)的價值正在被越來越多的人認識到。而政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資源在整個社會數(shù)據(jù)資源中占了很大比重,是大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要部分。當(dāng)前我國的政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資源利用還處于起步階段,距離世界先進國家還有一段差距,主要存在的問題是數(shù)據(jù)資源開放度不夠,數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量太差等。因此,如何獲得更多高質(zhì)量的政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)成為重要研究課題。當(dāng)前A市現(xiàn)有的政務(wù)信息資源已經(jīng)基本完成整合共享,下一步,直接從基層采集所需的數(shù)據(jù)成為重要的研究方向。本文分析了政務(wù)信息采集的背景和對政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)開放的意義,對如何避免政務(wù)信息的重復(fù)采集、如何提高政務(wù)信息采集的質(zhì)量等問題做出了解答,對基層政務(wù)信息采集系統(tǒng)的功能模塊、性能指標(biāo)、與現(xiàn)有政務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的集成等內(nèi)容進行了認真分析,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析、功能模塊設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計,并對系統(tǒng)進行了開發(fā)實現(xiàn)�；鶎诱⻊�(wù)信息采集系統(tǒng)基于Microsoft產(chǎn)品和.Net開發(fā)的技術(shù)路線,實現(xiàn)了指標(biāo)管理、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理、數(shù)據(jù)差異管理、采集活動管理和數(shù)據(jù)共享交換等功能,達成了擴充政務(wù)信息資源數(shù)據(jù)庫、避免重復(fù)采集相同信息、保障業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)符合統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Big data industry is in the ascendant, the value of data is being recognized by more and more people. The government data resources in the whole social data resources account for a large proportion, is an important part of big data industry. At present, the utilization of government data resources in China is still in its infancy, and there is still a gap between the advanced countries in the world. The main problems are that the open degree of data resources is not enough, the data quality is too poor, and so on. Therefore, how to obtain more high-quality government data has become an important research topic. At present, the existing government information resources in A city have basically completed the integration and sharing, the next step is to collect the necessary data directly from the grass-roots level as an important research direction. This paper analyzes the background of government information collection and the significance of opening up government affairs information, and gives answers to the questions of how to avoid the repeated collection of government information and how to improve the quality of government affairs information collection. The function module, performance index and integration with the existing government information system are carefully analyzed, and the requirement analysis, function module design and detailed design of the system are completed. The system is developed and implemented. Grass-roots government affairs information collection system is based on the technical route of Microsoft product and. Net development. It realizes the functions of index management, data standard management, data difference management, collection activity management and data sharing exchange, etc. The goal of expanding the database of government information resources, avoiding the repeated collection of the same information and ensuring that the business data conform to the unified standard is achieved.
