基于時滯時間挖掘的自適應(yīng)模糊控制器的設(shè)計

【摘要】:時滯現(xiàn)象是一種時間上的延遲,是一種普遍存在于我們的日常生活、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)研究中現(xiàn)象,其研究是當(dāng)前控制界的一個熱門課題之一,更是控制理論應(yīng)用的一個重要領(lǐng)域。通過分析控制對象的輸入輸出特性,以數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了被控對象時滯時間及慣性參數(shù)的挖掘;同時,以挖掘參數(shù)為依據(jù),進(jìn)行了模糊控制器及自適應(yīng)模糊控制器的設(shè)計。首先,進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)采集準(zhǔn)備,通過對不同時滯參數(shù)的一階時滯控制對象進(jìn)行控制,并采集參數(shù),進(jìn)行了時滯控制對象的數(shù)據(jù)采集;其次,設(shè)計參照曲線并求挖掘曲線的相似度。以相似度為輸入,控制對象參數(shù)為輸出,設(shè)計模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行時滯參數(shù)及控制對象參數(shù)的挖掘;然后,運(yùn)用蟻群算法,判斷變時滯控制對象的時滯時間變化點,進(jìn)行變時滯參數(shù)的挖掘模型的建立;運(yùn)用二倍體遺傳算法進(jìn)行時滯系統(tǒng)和變時滯系統(tǒng)的模糊控制器的設(shè)計,其中變時滯系統(tǒng)時滯參數(shù)的變化以干擾處理,求其pareto最優(yōu)解集;最后,通過對變時滯系統(tǒng)的時滯變化分析,設(shè)計了自適應(yīng)模糊控制器,實現(xiàn)控制對象的自適應(yīng)模糊控制,并以焦?fàn)t控制系統(tǒng)為研究對象,驗證提出的自適應(yīng)模糊控制器設(shè)計方法的有效性。仿真數(shù)據(jù)表明,自適應(yīng)模糊控制器設(shè)計方法有效的提高了時滯系統(tǒng)的控制器設(shè)計效率和控制精度。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of time delay is a kind of delay in time, it is a common phenomenon in our daily life, industrial production and scientific research, and its research is one of the hot topics in the field of control. It is also an important field in the application of control theory. By analyzing the input and output characteristics of the control object, based on the data mining technology, the time-delay time and inertia parameters of the controlled object are mined, and the mining parameters are taken as the basis. The design of fuzzy controller and adaptive fuzzy controller is carried out. First, the data acquisition preparation is carried out, the first order time-delay control object with different time-delay parameters is controlled, and the data acquisition of the time-delay control object is carried out. Secondly, the reference curve is designed and the similarity of the mining curve is obtained. Taking similarity as input and control object parameter as output, fuzzy neural network is designed to mine time-delay parameters and control object parameters. Then, ant colony algorithm is used to judge the time-delay time change point of variable time-delay control object. The fuzzy controller of time-delay system and variable time-delay system is designed by using diploid genetic algorithm, in which the variation of time-delay parameter is dealt with to deal with the disturbance, and the pareto optimal solution set is obtained. Finally, the adaptive fuzzy controller is designed to realize the adaptive fuzzy control of the control object, and the coke oven control system is taken as the research object through the analysis of the time-delay variation of the time-varying system. The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive fuzzy controller design method is verified. The simulation results show that the design method of adaptive fuzzy controller can effectively improve the design efficiency and control accuracy of the time-delay system.
