基于工業(yè)機(jī)器人的電梯廳門立式裝箱系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:目的為了提高電梯廳門的包裝效率,降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,應(yīng)某電梯企業(yè)的要求提出一種電梯廳門自動(dòng)包裝裝箱方案,并開發(fā)基于工業(yè)機(jī)器人的電梯廳門立式裝箱系統(tǒng)。方法該系統(tǒng)主要由門板翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)、箱體上線輸送機(jī)、箱體定位輸送機(jī)及裝箱機(jī)器人組成,通過門板翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)將電梯廳門呈立式姿勢(shì),空箱通過箱體上線輸送機(jī)輸送至箱體定位輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行定位,再由裝箱機(jī)器人抓取廳門并將其裝入空箱內(nèi),該系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)完成空箱的上線、定位以及廳門裝箱,實(shí)現(xiàn)電梯廳門裝箱的自動(dòng)化。結(jié)果根據(jù)箱子寬度的不同,裝箱成功率也有所不同,成功率最小為95.5%,最大為100%,均滿足要求。結(jié)論該系統(tǒng)在保證電梯廳門裝箱效率的前提下,大大降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高了系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化程度。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to improve the packing efficiency of the elevator hall door and reduce the labor intensity of the workers, an automatic packing and packing scheme for the elevator hall door was put forward at the request of an elevator enterprise, and the vertical packing system of the elevator hall door based on industrial robot was developed. Methods the system is mainly composed of door plate turning machine, box upper line conveyor, box positioning conveyor and packing robot. The elevator hall door is in a vertical position through the door board turning machine. The empty box is transported to the box positioning conveyor through the upper line conveyor of the box body, and then the packing robot grabs the door of the hall and puts it into the empty box. The system automatically completes the loading, positioning and packing of the empty box door. Realize the automation of elevator door packing. Results according to the width of the box, the success rate of packing is different, the minimum success rate is 95.5 and the maximum is 100. Conclusion the system can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers and improve the automation of the system on the premise of ensuring the efficiency of the elevator door packing.
