基于神經網絡的自動草簾編織機鋪草程序設計與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:草簾編織機是以稻草秸稈為加工原料,通過機械縫紉技術從而將稻草秸稈加工制作成草簾、草袋等草編制品的機械設備。自上世紀90年代出現提出,發(fā)展較為緩慢,目前仍處于半自動階段,可實現編織過程的機械化,但尚需人工進行鋪草。人工鋪草用工多、工作量大、工作環(huán)境惡劣、工作效率低、鋪草不均勻。而且草簾編織一般在水稻收獲后到且入冬之前,大約持續(xù)三到四個月時間,而草簾編織地區(qū)相對集中,在當前農村勞動力大量涌入城市的背景下,在編織季節(jié)易出現招工難、用工荒的現象,工人操作水平也難以保證,影響了草簾的編織數量與質量。所以發(fā)展自動化程度更高、智能化程度更高的草簾編織機有重要的研究意義與推廣價值。自動鋪草機實現鋪草過程是通過設計氣動控制系統(tǒng)運用神經網絡的檢測歸納輸出信號控制氣缸的前進后退,從而達到控制機械結構的運動過程,有效完成智能鋪草的過程。人工神經網絡結合氣動原件還有傳感器構成整體的自動控制鋪草系統(tǒng),神經網絡的可以通過訓練學習,根據訓練學習的結果及傳感器傳回的信息控制電磁閥的開閉,進而控制氣缸的伸縮,達到自動鋪草的目的。解決傳統(tǒng)草簾編織機鋪草厚度不均勻的問題。將神經網絡與原有鋪草程序結合到自動草簾編織的鋪草系統(tǒng)中,實現自動鋪草的過程,隨著勞動力用工成本的逐年上升,企業(yè)生產效率卻沒有隨之增長,自動鋪草控制系統(tǒng)能夠解放勞動力提高生產效率,同時有力的解決市場需求和工廠生產不足之間的矛盾。綜述了草簾編織機總體發(fā)展歷程及編草、鋪草部分的發(fā)展現狀,同時對發(fā)現的問題進行了分析。即現在市面上的草簾編織機的機械化和自動化程度還很差,提出了自動草簾編織機在未來編草行業(yè)的重要地位。
[Abstract]:Straw curtain knitting machine is a kind of mechanical equipment, which takes straw as raw material and makes straw into straw curtain, straw bag and other straw products by mechanical sewing technology. Since its emergence in the 1990s, it has developed slowly and is still in the semi-automatic stage, which can realize the mechanization of the knitting process, but it still needs to be spread by hand. Manual grass-laying work, heavy workload, poor working environment, low efficiency, uneven spread of grass. In addition, straw curtain weaving usually lasts for three to four months after rice harvest and before winter. However, grass curtain weaving areas are relatively concentrated. In the context of the current influx of rural labor forces into cities, it is easy to find jobs in the weaving season. The phenomenon of labor shortage, workers' operation level is also difficult to ensure, affected the quantity and quality of grass curtain weaving. So it is of great significance and value to develop straw curtain weaving machine with higher degree of automation and intelligence. The automatic grass laying machine realizes the grass laying process by designing the pneumatic control system and using the neural network detection inductive output signal to control the advance and backward of the cylinder so as to control the movement process of the mechanical structure and effectively complete the process of intelligent grass laying. The artificial neural network combined with the pneumatic original and the sensor constitute the whole automatic control grass laying system. The neural network can control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve according to the result of the training study and the information returned by the sensor. And then control the expansion of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of automatic grass laying. To solve the problem of uneven laying thickness of traditional straw curtain weaving machine. The neural network is combined with the original grass laying program to realize the automatic grass laying process. With the increase of labor cost year by year, the production efficiency of enterprises does not increase. The automatic grass laying control system can liberate the labor force and improve the production efficiency, at the same time, it can solve the contradiction between the market demand and the insufficient production in the factory. This paper summarizes the general development course of straw curtain weaving machine and the present situation of grass weaving and spreading part, and analyzes the problems found. That is to say, the mechanization and automation of the straw curtain knitting machine on the market is still very poor, and the important position of the automatic straw curtain knitting machine in the future grass weaving industry is put forward.
