鄞州農(nóng)網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)中配電自動(dòng)化典型模式的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),智能電網(wǎng)理念受到了廣泛關(guān)注,其中農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化是智能電網(wǎng)大面積推廣工作中不可忽視的一部分。在農(nóng)網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)工作中,鄞州區(qū)供電公司根據(jù)所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)電力用戶的特點(diǎn)和自身網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)情況,對(duì)配電自動(dòng)化、智能配電網(wǎng)臺(tái)區(qū)和智能電力信息采集系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行深入分析,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的配電自動(dòng)化模式進(jìn)行了改善,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成適合鄞州區(qū)農(nóng)網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)的配電自動(dòng)化典型模式并推廣建設(shè)。該模式摒棄了傳統(tǒng)三層分布式結(jié)構(gòu),即配電主站層、配電子站層和配電終端層,采用了“主站+網(wǎng)絡(luò)型配電終端”模式。鄞州配電自動(dòng)建設(shè)中采用的模式相比于傳統(tǒng)模式而言,減少了“配電子站”這個(gè)中間設(shè)備。對(duì)于配電自動(dòng)化大范圍推廣而言,降低了總體建設(shè)成本,同時(shí)也提升信息了傳輸效率。農(nóng)網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)不但提高了配電網(wǎng)的供電可靠性,降低了線路故障造成的停電時(shí)間,還提高配電網(wǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理水平,使配電網(wǎng)處于最優(yōu)的運(yùn)行方式,為公司運(yùn)行提質(zhì)增效,同時(shí)大幅度提高了生產(chǎn)效率,減少了人工需求。在浙江省電力公司將“國(guó)際一流配電網(wǎng)”視野拓展到全省各市縣,要按照城市、城鎮(zhèn)及農(nóng)村三類不同區(qū)域差異化推進(jìn)一流配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的大背景下,鄞州區(qū)農(nóng)網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)的配電自動(dòng)化典型模式具有一定的推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the concept of smart grid has received extensive attention, in which the realization of intelligent rural power grid is a part of the work of smart grid promotion in a large area can not be ignored. In the work of intelligent construction of rural power network, Yinzhou District Power supply Company deeply analyzes distribution automation, intelligent distribution network station area and intelligent electric power information collection system according to the characteristics of power users in the area under their jurisdiction and the situation of their own network structure. The traditional distribution automation mode is improved, and the distribution network structure is optimized. On this basis, a typical distribution automation model suitable for the intelligent construction of agricultural network in Yinzhou district is formed and the construction is popularized. This model abandoned the traditional three-tier distributed structure, that is, the distribution master station layer, the distribution sub-station layer and the distribution terminal layer, and adopted the "master station network distribution terminal" mode. Compared with the traditional mode, Yinzhou power distribution automatic construction model reduces the "distribution sub-station" intermediate equipment. For the wide spread of distribution automation, it reduces the overall construction cost and improves the efficiency of information transmission. The intelligent construction of rural power network not only improves the reliability of distribution network, reduces the blackout time caused by line fault, but also improves the economic management level of distribution network, makes the distribution network in the optimal operation mode, and improves the quality and efficiency for the operation of the company. At the same time, the production efficiency is greatly improved and labor demand is reduced. Under the background that Zhejiang Electric Power Company has expanded its vision of "international first-class distribution network" to all cities and counties in the province, it is necessary to push forward the construction of first-class distribution network according to the differences among three different regions of cities, towns and rural areas. The typical model of distribution automation based on intelligent construction of agricultural network in Yinzhou district has certain popularization value.
