【摘要】:隨著多模復(fù)合尋的導(dǎo)引頭的發(fā)展,超寬帶被動(dòng)微波制導(dǎo)模式越來(lái)越多的被應(yīng)用于各種復(fù)合導(dǎo)引頭,超寬帶射頻接收技術(shù)是制約其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。文章介紹了一種基于MMIC技術(shù)的多通道超寬帶射頻接收機(jī)的電氣、結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝和電磁兼容的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of multi-mode compound homing seeker, UWB passive microwave guidance mode is more and more used in various kinds of composite seeker. UWB radio frequency receiving technology is one of the key technologies restricting its development. This paper introduces a design method of multi-channel ultra-wideband radio frequency receiver based on MMIC technology.
