基于MMIC技術的多通道超寬帶射頻接收機設計

【摘要】:隨著多模復合尋的導引頭的發(fā)展,超寬帶被動微波制導模式越來越多的被應用于各種復合導引頭,超寬帶射頻接收技術是制約其發(fā)展的關鍵技術之一。文章介紹了一種基于MMIC技術的多通道超寬帶射頻接收機的電氣、結構、工藝和電磁兼容的設計方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of multi-mode compound homing seeker, UWB passive microwave guidance mode is more and more used in various kinds of composite seeker. UWB radio frequency receiving technology is one of the key technologies restricting its development. This paper introduces a design method of multi-channel ultra-wideband radio frequency receiver based on MMIC technology.
