基于多傳感器信息融合的用戶認(rèn)證方法

【摘要】:為了保證智能手機(jī)的信息安全,提出一種多傳感器信息融合的手機(jī)用戶身份認(rèn)證方法。首先從手機(jī)用戶操作手勢的姿態(tài)角變化、運(yùn)動(dòng)幅度以及旋轉(zhuǎn)程度等方面提取信號(hào)特征,然后分別以三類單特征的動(dòng)態(tài)時(shí)間規(guī)整識(shí)別結(jié)果作為獨(dú)立證據(jù)構(gòu)造基本概率分配函數(shù),進(jìn)而采用Dempster/Shafer證據(jù)理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行融合。為緩解證據(jù)間出現(xiàn)的沖突,避免其影響融合效果,引入加權(quán)證據(jù)方法。通過計(jì)算各證據(jù)之間的相似性來衡量證據(jù)間的沖突程度進(jìn)而確定各證據(jù)的可信度,并且對(duì)各證據(jù)進(jìn)行加權(quán)修正以降低可信度小的證據(jù)對(duì)融合結(jié)果的影響,最后根據(jù)融合結(jié)果做出決策。仿真結(jié)果表明,該算法性能優(yōu)于對(duì)比算法,能有效對(duì)手機(jī)用戶進(jìn)行身份識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the information security of smart phone, a mobile phone user identity authentication method based on multi-sensor information fusion is proposed. Firstly, the signal features are extracted from the change of attitude angle, the amplitude of motion and the degree of rotation of the mobile phone user's gesture, and then the dynamic time warping recognition results of three kinds of single features are used as independent evidence to construct the basic probability distribution function. Then Dempster / Shafer evidence theory is used to fuse it. In order to alleviate the conflict between the evidence and avoid its influence on the fusion effect, the weighted evidence method is introduced. The degree of conflict between evidence is measured by calculating the similarity of each evidence, and the credibility of each evidence is determined, and the weight of each evidence is revised to reduce the impact of the evidence with less credibility on the fusion result. Finally, the decision is made according to the fusion result. Simulation results show that the performance of the algorithm is better than the contrast algorithm, and it can effectively identify mobile phone users.
