【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)用拖拉機(jī)的自動(dòng)導(dǎo)航控制,提高農(nóng)用拖拉機(jī)智能化、自動(dòng)化水平,以福田雷沃M1000-D拖拉機(jī)為平臺(tái),研究農(nóng)機(jī)路徑導(dǎo)航的自適應(yīng)模糊控制策略,開發(fā)農(nóng)機(jī)自動(dòng)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的CAN數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)模塊、北斗定位模塊、角度信息采集模塊以及轉(zhuǎn)向控制模塊等關(guān)鍵CAN節(jié)點(diǎn)的軟硬件技術(shù)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,運(yùn)用模糊控制算法策略,設(shè)計(jì)的農(nóng)機(jī)自動(dòng)導(dǎo)航控制系統(tǒng)能夠快速、準(zhǔn)確地跟蹤預(yù)設(shè)路徑。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the automatic navigation control of agricultural tractor and improve the intelligence and automation level of agricultural tractor, the adaptive fuzzy control strategy for path navigation of agricultural machinery was studied on the platform of Futian Revo M1000-D tractor. The hardware and software technologies of can data transceiver module, Beidou positioning module, angle information collection module and steering control module are developed. The field test shows that the designed automatic navigation control system of agricultural machinery can track the default path quickly and accurately by using the fuzzy control algorithm strategy.
