【摘要】:伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與傳感器技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,21世紀(jì)全新一輪的科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)革命逐漸興起,全球科技創(chuàng)新也涌現(xiàn)出新的發(fā)展動(dòng)力。繼德國發(fā)布“工業(yè)4.0”戰(zhàn)略和美國提出先進(jìn)制造業(yè)國家戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃之后,我國在2015年公布了“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略,以工業(yè)化與信息化深度融合為基礎(chǔ)的智能制造已成為打造國家制造業(yè)競爭新優(yōu)勢的突破口和主攻方向。制造業(yè)數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化、人性化是智能制造的核心目標(biāo),而數(shù)控設(shè)備的聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控正是智能制造的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控與管理,能夠有效地提高數(shù)控設(shè)備的利用率,降低機(jī)床故障率,對(duì)提高企業(yè)的管理水平和增加企業(yè)的核心競爭力有極大的推進(jìn)作用。本論文旨在研究一種通用的數(shù)控設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò)化實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控與管理系統(tǒng)。通過對(duì)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化實(shí)際需求分析,提出了基于PLC技術(shù)、數(shù)控技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及無線傳輸技術(shù)的一種新型分布式數(shù)控設(shè)備信息采集、集中管理的系統(tǒng)解決方案,并設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了i-DNC設(shè)備聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.根據(jù)企業(yè)設(shè)備聯(lián)網(wǎng)的實(shí)際需求,結(jié)合數(shù)控機(jī)床開放的接口與可采集的信息,提出底層數(shù)據(jù)采集解決方案。通過數(shù)控機(jī)床自帶的RS232通訊接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控程序的上傳、下載及DNC在線加工等功能。通過宏指令反饋實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部加工數(shù)據(jù)的采集,通過外置電流傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床各電機(jī)軸電流信號(hào)的采集,應(yīng)用SMART 200 PLC與機(jī)床內(nèi)部PLC連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)機(jī)床I/O輸出信號(hào)的采集,如換刀信號(hào)、冷卻液開關(guān)、機(jī)床工作狀態(tài)等。2.對(duì)當(dāng)前已有的數(shù)控機(jī)床通信方式進(jìn)行分析,提出基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)、PLC和無線串口服務(wù)器組成數(shù)控車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊方案。該方案應(yīng)用Modbus-RTU通訊協(xié)議,實(shí)現(xiàn)與電流傳感的通訊,采集數(shù)控機(jī)床各電機(jī)軸在加工過程中的電流情況。使用OPC通訊技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)PLC與上位管理系統(tǒng)的通訊連接,充分發(fā)揮PLC抗干擾能力強(qiáng),通訊穩(wěn)定,并運(yùn)用SmartLine1000IE組態(tài)軟件編寫良好的人機(jī)交互機(jī)床狀態(tài)監(jiān)測界面。通過無線串口服務(wù)器,實(shí)現(xiàn)串口轉(zhuǎn)以太網(wǎng)的通訊方式,解決工程中心布線難和串口傳輸距離短的問題,有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)了i-DNC管理系統(tǒng)與機(jī)床通訊,達(dá)到對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床監(jiān)控的目的。3.以面向?qū)ο蟮木幊谭椒?應(yīng)用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思路開發(fā)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本軟件基于Windows操作系統(tǒng),采用.NET平臺(tái)下WPF技術(shù),使用C#編程語言、VS2010開發(fā)工具開發(fā)機(jī)床監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),采用SQL SERVER2008數(shù)據(jù)庫對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部相關(guān)信息的儲(chǔ)存與管理。研究結(jié)果表明,i-DNC設(shè)備聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測機(jī)床加工狀態(tài)及采集加工信息,具有通信穩(wěn)定、分析結(jié)果可靠、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、易于管理、可擴(kuò)展性好等特點(diǎn),具有良好的應(yīng)用推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer technology, network technology and sensor technology, a new round of science and technology has emerged in the 21st century. Following the publication of the "Industry 4.0" strategy by Germany and the national strategic plan for advanced manufacturing industry put forward by the United States, China published the "made in China 2025" strategy in 2015. Intelligent manufacturing based on the deep integration of industrialization and information technology has become the breakthrough point and the main direction to build the new competitive advantage of the national manufacturing industry. The digital, networked, intelligent and humanized manufacturing industry is the core goal of intelligent manufacturing. The networked monitoring of NC equipment is the basic link of intelligent manufacturing, which realizes the networked real-time monitoring and management of NC equipment. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of CNC equipment, reduce the failure rate of machine tools, and promote the management level of enterprises and the core competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study a general networked real-time monitoring and management system for CNC equipment. Based on the analysis of the actual demand of enterprise network and information, a new distributed information collection and centralized management system solution based on PLC, numerical control, computer and wireless transmission technology is put forward. And I-DNC equipment network monitoring system is designed and developed. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. According to the actual demand of enterprise equipment networking, combined with the open interface of NC machine tool and the information that can be collected, the solution of bottom data acquisition is put forward. Through the RS232 communication interface of CNC machine tool, the functions of uploading, downloading and DNC on-line machining are realized. The internal machining data is collected by macro command feedback, and the current signal of each electric axis of CNC machine tool is collected by external current sensor. The SMART200 PLC is used to connect with the PLC inside the machine tool. I / O output signals can be collected, such as tool changing signal, coolant switch, machine tool working state, etc. Based on the analysis of the existing communication modes of CNC machine tools, the communication scheme of CNC workshop network based on industrial Ethernet PLC and wireless serial port server is put forward. In this scheme, Modbus-RTU communication protocol is used to realize the communication with current sensing, and the current situation of each electric shaft of NC machine tool is collected in the process of machining. OPC communication technology is used to realize the communication connection between PLC and the upper management system. The PLC has strong anti-interference ability and stable communication. The SmartLine1000IE configuration software is used to compile a good human-computer interactive machine tool state monitoring interface. Through wireless serial port server, the communication mode of serial port to Ethernet is realized, which solves the problems of difficult wiring and short transmission distance of serial port in engineering center, realizes the communication between i-DNC management system and machine tool effectively, and achieves the purpose of monitoring NC machine tool. Based on the object-oriented programming method, the monitoring system is developed by using the modular design idea. This software is based on Windows operating system, adopts WPF technology under. Net platform, uses C # programming language VS2010 development tool to develop machine tool monitoring system, and uses SQL server 2008 database to store and manage the relevant information inside the monitoring system. The research results show that the system can monitor the machining status of machine tools and collect processing information in real time. It has the characteristics of stable communication, reliable analysis results, strong anti-interference ability, easy management, good expansibility, and so on. It has good application and promotion value.
