CCD數(shù)字像元的合并方法及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:星載差分吸收光譜儀中的科學(xué)級幀轉(zhuǎn)移型電荷耦合器件(CCD)通常使用四行像元合并(4-Binning)方法提升載荷的信噪比,但該方法僅能工作在目標(biāo)光強較弱的環(huán)境。為使載荷適應(yīng)目標(biāo)光線較強的環(huán)境,設(shè)計了數(shù)字像元合并方法(4-AVR)來提升載荷的探測能力。考慮相對常規(guī)的4-Binning方法,4-AVR方法會產(chǎn)生CCD信號衰減現(xiàn)象,故對這一現(xiàn)象進行了理論分析,得到由于CCD讀出速率導(dǎo)致的信號衰減系數(shù)為0.699。在實驗室搭建了測試裝置,驗證了上述結(jié)果,結(jié)果表明,4-AVR方法下獲取的CCD像素值相對于4-Binning方法獲取的像素值的衰減系數(shù)為0.698,從而證實了理論分析的正確性。實驗顯示,使用這一系數(shù)可完成對4-AVR方式下獲取的像素值的校正,從而實現(xiàn)兩種方法的無差別化。將校正方法作為載荷一級數(shù)據(jù)處理的一部分,進行了大氣痕量氣體的反演測試。結(jié)果表明數(shù)字像元合并方法可保證大氣痕量氣體的反演精度,進一步驗證了數(shù)字像元合并方法的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In the space-borne differential absorption spectrometer, the 4-line pixel combination (4-Binning) method is usually used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the load, but the method can only work in the environment where the target light intensity is weak. In order to adapt the load to the environment where the target light is strong, a digital pixel merging method (4-AVR) is designed to improve the detection capability of the load. Considering the phenomenon of CCD signal attenuation caused by 4-Binning method and 4-AVR method, the signal attenuation coefficient caused by CCD readout rate is 0.699. A testing device was set up in the laboratory to verify the above results. The results show that the attenuation coefficient of the CCD pixel value obtained by the 4-AVR method is 0.698 compared with the pixel value obtained by the 4-Binning method, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The experimental results show that this coefficient can be used to correct the pixel values obtained in 4-AVR mode, so that the two methods have no difference. The correction method is used as part of the first order data processing of the payload, and the atmospheric trace gas inversion test is carried out. The results show that the digital pixel merging method can ensure the retrieval accuracy of atmospheric trace gases and further verify the reliability of the digital pixel merging method.
