智能電網(wǎng)信息通信系統(tǒng)風險評估的模糊測度方法

【摘要】:信息系統(tǒng)與物理系統(tǒng)的深度融合給智能電網(wǎng)信息通信系統(tǒng)的風險評估帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。由于電力網(wǎng)與電力信息網(wǎng)之間的耦合程度越來越深,造成電力信息通信網(wǎng)絡的風險評估是一個多層次、多指標,且指標之間具有深度相關性的問題。在此背景下,研究了一種綜合的風險評估模型。首先,構建了電力信息通信網(wǎng)絡風險評估的指標體系。然后,利用模糊測度和模糊積分法對風險進行綜合評估;其中,利用主、客觀相結合的權重計算方法來確定單指標的模糊密度,將得到的模糊密度進行模糊測度后,用模糊積分算子來融合指標集合的綜合估計值。最后,基于最大隸屬度原則得到綜合的風險評估值。通過算例分析,驗證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The deep integration of information systems and physical systems brings new challenges to the risk assessment of smart grid information and communication systems. As the coupling between power network and power information network is getting deeper and deeper, the risk assessment of power information and communication network is a multi-level, multi-index problem with deep correlation between the indicators. In this context, a comprehensive risk assessment model is studied. Firstly, the index system of power information communication network risk assessment is constructed. Then, the fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral method are used to evaluate the risk, in which, the fuzzy density of a single index is determined by the weight calculation method of subjective and objective combination, and the fuzzy density is measured by fuzzy measure. The fuzzy integral operator is used to fuse the synthetic estimate of the index set. Finally, the comprehensive risk assessment value is obtained based on the principle of maximum membership. The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
