【摘要】：為了降低控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)成本和周期,增強相關(guān)知識的重用性和規(guī)范性,基于GX Developer、GX Simulator、MX OPC SEVER4.20和kingview6.55等軟件構(gòu)建了虛擬控制平臺,并以三自由度液壓機械手為控制對象開發(fā)了控制系統(tǒng)。重點介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案、軟件編程以及組態(tài)界面的設(shè)計。仿真結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計方案具有較強的可行性,為實際機械手的設(shè)計和研發(fā)提供了實驗支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the R & D cost and cycle of the control system and enhance the reusability and standardization of related knowledge, a virtual control platform is constructed based on GX developer MX MX OPC SEVER4.20 and kingview6.55. The control system is developed with three degrees of freedom hydraulic manipulator as the control object. The overall design scheme, software programming and configuration interface design of the system are emphatically introduced. The simulation results show that the design scheme is feasible and provides experimental support for the design and development of practical manipulator.
