中小城市農超對接配送中心選址與配送路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:作為農產(chǎn)品流通方式的一種創(chuàng)新形式,“農超對接”是近幾年出現(xiàn)在農產(chǎn)品供應鏈管理中的新方法。利用這種方法把現(xiàn)代流通方式引入農村,搭建市場經(jīng)濟中產(chǎn)銷一體化服務鏈,達到商家、農民和消費者共贏的局面。在國內大型超市和農民專業(yè)合作社不斷發(fā)展及不斷學習國外先進流通經(jīng)驗的基礎上,國內“農超對接”一直處于良好的發(fā)展狀態(tài)。為了更好地完善城鎮(zhèn)功能布局,推動農村消費市場開發(fā),目前急需在中小城市逐步推進“農超對接”建設,這也正是本文研究的出發(fā)點。本文在總結當前“農超對接”發(fā)展模式的基礎上,結合各地中小城市的實踐和對文獻的研究,認為中小城市開展“農超對接”,由于城市規(guī)模相對較小,運輸需求又相對分散,提出構建中小城市“農超對接”物流云配送平臺,解決當前中小城市物流管理觀念落后和缺乏有效合作的問題。對中小城市“農超對接”物流配送節(jié)點布局、中小城市“農超對接”配送平臺物流資源配置和中小城市“農超對接”配送平臺網(wǎng)絡結構與流程進行詳細研究。在此基礎上,考慮到中小城市收益相比較低,同時需要提升配送的滿意度以及培養(yǎng)客戶忠誠的要求,建立追求配送總成本最優(yōu)的上層規(guī)劃模型,配送滿意度最大的下層規(guī)劃模型的中小城市“農超對接”的雙層規(guī)劃模型。模型求解運用分枝定界法尋找最佳選址方案,配送中心的合理選址達到降低配送成本及滿足配送服務時間要求的目標。配送中心建立基于新鮮度控制的路徑優(yōu)化模型,并運用粒子群算法求解帶軟時間窗限制的路徑優(yōu)化模型。實證分析將構建的雙層規(guī)劃模型運用到某中小城市“農超對接”實際中,結合中小城市配送規(guī)模收益相對較低,預算有限的約束,從配送成本最低和配送滿意度最優(yōu)為研究對象,在眾多方案中最終選擇兩處建立配送中心。實踐體現(xiàn)了規(guī)劃選址模型的有效性,結合模型特點,運用分枝定界法和粒子群算法求解,有效提高了計算效率。
[Abstract]:As an innovative form of circulation of agricultural products, "agricultural super docking" is a new method in supply chain management of agricultural products in recent years. This method is used to introduce the modern circulation mode into the countryside, to build the integrated service chain of production and marketing in the market economy, so as to achieve the win-win situation among merchants, farmers and consumers. On the basis of the continuous development of large supermarkets and farmers' professional cooperatives in China and the continuous learning of advanced foreign circulation experience, the domestic "agricultural super docking" has been in a good state of development. In order to perfect the function layout of cities and towns and promote the development of rural consumption market, it is urgent to promote the construction of "agricultural super docking" in small and medium-sized cities, which is the starting point of this paper. On the basis of summing up the current development mode of "agricultural super docking", combining the practice of small and medium-sized cities and the research of literature, this paper thinks that the small and medium-sized cities carry out "agricultural super docking", because of the relatively small scale of cities, the transportation demand is relatively dispersed. In order to solve the problems of backward concept of logistics management and lack of effective cooperation, the paper puts forward the construction of logistics cloud distribution platform of "agricultural super docking" in small and medium-sized cities. This paper studies in detail the distribution node layout of the "agricultural super docking" logistics distribution in small and medium-sized cities, the allocation of logistics resources of the "agricultural super docking" distribution platform in small and medium-sized cities and the network structure and process of the "agricultural super docking" distribution platform in small and medium-sized cities. On this basis, considering the relatively low returns in small and medium-sized cities, and the need to improve the satisfaction of distribution and the requirement of cultivating customer loyalty, the upper planning model is established to pursue the optimal total cost of distribution. Distribution satisfaction of the lowest programming model of the medium and small cities "agricultural super docking" bilevel programming model. The method of branch and bound is used to find the best location scheme. The reasonable location of distribution center can reduce the cost of distribution and meet the requirement of distribution service time. A path optimization model based on freshness control is established and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the path optimization model with soft time window. The empirical analysis applies the bilevel programming model to the practice of "agricultural super docking" in a small and medium-sized city, combining with the constraints of relatively low distribution scale income and limited budget in small and medium-sized cities. Based on the lowest cost of distribution and the optimal distribution satisfaction, two distribution centers were selected in this paper. The practice shows the validity of the planning site selection model. Combining with the characteristics of the model, the branch and bound method and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to solve the problem, and the computational efficiency is improved effectively.
