紅外傳感器法設(shè)備改進(jìn)對(duì)透濕性測(cè)試的影響

【摘要】:目的探究改進(jìn)后的紅外傳感器法設(shè)備對(duì)包裝材料透濕性測(cè)試的影響及應(yīng)用性能的提升效果。方法改進(jìn)設(shè)備控溫技術(shù)及夾樣裝置,保證試驗(yàn)過(guò)程溫度穩(wěn)定,可同時(shí)測(cè)試薄膜/片材、容器類試樣,以基礎(chǔ)方法——杯式法設(shè)備測(cè)試為參考,并分別采用改進(jìn)前后的紅外傳感器法設(shè)備依次測(cè)試1.2 mm皮革、25μm PET薄膜、230μm太陽(yáng)能背板片材、20μm PP薄膜、100μm PET/AI/PA/CPP與12μm VMPET薄膜這6種不同級(jí)別透濕性材料,分別在溫度為23℃、相對(duì)濕度為90%與溫度為38℃、相對(duì)濕度為90%這2種試驗(yàn)條件下的水蒸氣透過(guò)率。結(jié)果改進(jìn)后紅外傳感器法與杯式法設(shè)備在試驗(yàn)時(shí)引入的相對(duì)不確定度基本相同,與改進(jìn)前設(shè)備相比,改進(jìn)后紅外傳感器法設(shè)備的不確定度、與杯式法測(cè)試值間的相對(duì)偏差,以及各組數(shù)據(jù)間相對(duì)偏差與相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均得到了降低。結(jié)論改進(jìn)后紅外傳感器法設(shè)備測(cè)試不同性能包裝材料水蒸氣透過(guò)率的可靠性、準(zhǔn)確性、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性均有提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of the improved infrared sensor equipment on the moisture permeability test of packaging materials. Methods to improve the equipment temperature control technology and sample clamping device, to ensure the stability of the temperature during the test process, and to test the film / sheet materials and container samples at the same time, with the reference of the basic method-cup type equipment test.
