【摘要】：為了準(zhǔn)確描述可控參數(shù)與熱耗率之間的關(guān)系,采用偏相關(guān)分析法,結(jié)合汽輪機(jī)熱耗率方程確定了影響汽輪機(jī)熱耗率的5個(gè)主要變量,并將其作為模型的輸入?yún)?shù);通過比較分析,選用RBF_kernel為模型的核函數(shù);利用果蠅優(yōu)化算法(FOA)對(duì)最小二乘支持向量機(jī)(LSSVM)的懲罰因子和核徑向范圍2個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,建立了FOA-LSSVM黑箱模型;以FOA-LSSVM為基礎(chǔ),建立了預(yù)測(cè)汽輪機(jī)熱耗率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并將其與采用LSSVM、RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立的熱耗率預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,同時(shí)分析了該模型的魯棒性。結(jié)果表明,基于FOA-LSSVM的汽輪機(jī)熱耗率預(yù)測(cè)模型具有精度高、泛化能力強(qiáng)、魯棒性強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該模型為機(jī)組熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性診斷、參數(shù)尋優(yōu)提供了理論依據(jù),具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately describe the relationship between the controllable parameters and the heat consumption rate, the partial correlation analysis method and the heat consumption rate equation of the steam turbine are used to determine the five main variables that affect the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine, which are taken as the input parameters of the model. Through comparative analysis, RBF_kernel is chosen as kernel function of the model, and the penalty factor and kernel radial range of LSSVM are optimized by using Drosophila Optimization algorithm. The FOA-LSSVM black box model is established based on FOA-LSSVM. A mathematical model for predicting heat consumption rate of steam turbine is established and compared with the prediction model based on LSSVMU RBF neural network. The robustness of the model is analyzed at the same time. The results show that the prediction model of steam turbine heat consumption based on FOA-LSSVM has the advantages of high accuracy, strong generalization ability and strong robustness. The model provides a theoretical basis for the thermal economic diagnosis and parameter optimization of the unit, and has a certain engineering application value.
