梨園水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,社會對能源尤其是電力的需求日益增加,同時(shí)對電能質(zhì)量和供電可靠性要求也越來越高,電力系統(tǒng)常規(guī)的控制手段已無法滿足電力工業(yè)的需要,因此,提高自動化水平變得非常必要,這就產(chǎn)生了水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本論文分析了國內(nèi)外水電廠計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,結(jié)合梨園水電廠監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際情況以及水電廠的特點(diǎn),在對計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)需求研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案。以梨園水電廠計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究和設(shè)計(jì)為對象,針對現(xiàn)場的設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)及應(yīng)用情況,提出了系統(tǒng)整體功能需求,并對軟件和硬件配置進(jìn)行合適的選型,設(shè)計(jì)了與水電廠相適應(yīng)的計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)基于可編程控制器的使用,對系統(tǒng)界面和水電廠開停機(jī)流程功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),使其可以完成設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理、調(diào)節(jié)、控制,并可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動發(fā)電控制和自動電壓控制等功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the demand for energy, especially for electricity, is increasing, and the demand for power quality and reliability is becoming higher and higher. The conventional control methods of power system can no longer meet the needs of the power industry. It is necessary to improve the level of automation, which leads to the computer monitoring system of hydropower station. This paper analyzes the development of computer monitoring system in hydropower plants at home and abroad. Combining with the actual situation of monitoring system in Liyuan Hydropower Plant and the characteristics of hydropower plants, on the basis of the research on the requirements of computer monitoring system, a reasonable design scheme is put forward. Taking the research and design of computer monitoring system in Liyuan Hydropower Plant as the object, according to the equipment structure and application situation, the overall functional requirement of the system is put forward, and the appropriate selection of software and hardware configuration is carried out. A computer monitoring system adapted to hydropower plant is designed. At the same time, based on the use of programmable logic controller, the interface of the system and the function of the on-off flow of the hydropower plant are designed, so that it can complete the data acquisition, processing, adjustment and control of the equipment. And can realize automatic generation control and automatic voltage control and other functions.
