燒結(jié)機自動配料系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:燒結(jié)機自動配料系統(tǒng)是一個高度集成的自動化控制系統(tǒng),在燒結(jié)礦的整個生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。自動配料系統(tǒng)將形成燒結(jié)礦所需的不同原料按照特定比例混合,對燒結(jié)礦的質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量產(chǎn)生著直接影響。燒結(jié)機配料系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展過程十分漫長,先后經(jīng)過了人工配料過程、機械配料過程、自動化配料過程等階段。隨著自動化和智能化的進一步發(fā)展,燒結(jié)配料過程的人工操作更加簡單,燒結(jié)礦的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量也會有較大改善。本文來源于信陽鋼鐵燒結(jié)機自動配料系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,深入研究自動配料系統(tǒng)各個控制模塊的設(shè)計與功能,并熟悉了整個系統(tǒng)的操作流程。本文介紹了燒結(jié)機自動配料系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、操作流程、控制要求,應用西門子PLC-300進行系統(tǒng)的硬件組態(tài)和軟件編程,實現(xiàn)對硬件設(shè)備的管理和控制。采用組態(tài)軟件對整個系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài)進行跟蹤和控制,對配料系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)監(jiān)控。最后,通過以太網(wǎng)完成PLC和WinCC之間的通訊連接。本系統(tǒng)調(diào)試完成并投入生產(chǎn)后,可以實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的各個功能,在燒結(jié)機自動配料系統(tǒng)中達到了預計的精度和要求,實用性得到了證實。
[Abstract]:The automatic proportioning system of sintering machine is a highly integrated automatic control system, which plays a very important role in the whole production process of sinter. The different raw materials needed to form sinter are mixed in a specific proportion by the automatic proportioning system, which has a direct effect on the quality and output of sinter. The process of development of sintering machine batching system is very long. It has passed the stages of artificial batching process, mechanical batching process, automatic batching process and so on. With the further development of automation and intelligence, the manual operation of sintering proportioning process is more simple, and the output and quality of sinter will be greatly improved. This paper comes from the design of automatic proportioning system of Xinyang iron and steel sintering machine, deeply studies the design and function of each control module of automatic proportioning system, and is familiar with the operation flow of the whole system. This paper introduces the system equipment, operation flow and control requirements of the automatic batching system of sintering machine. The hardware configuration and software programming of the system are carried out by using Siemens PLC-300 to realize the management and control of the hardware equipment. The running state of the whole system is tracked and controlled by configuration software, and the batching system is monitored. Finally, the communication connection between PLC and WinCC is completed by Ethernet. After the system is debugged and put into production, each function of the system design can be realized, and the expected precision and requirement are achieved in the automatic batching system of sintering machine, and the practicability is proved.
