【摘要】:為了適應(yīng)礦井、大壩對(duì)滲壓監(jiān)測(cè)的需要,提出一種活塞和菱形傳壓結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合的光纖布喇格光柵滲壓傳感器,活塞把測(cè)試壓力傳遞到菱形傳壓結(jié)構(gòu),菱形傳壓結(jié)構(gòu)拉動(dòng)其上下對(duì)稱(chēng)連接的彈性鋼片,導(dǎo)致粘貼在彈性鋼片上的光纖布喇格光柵中心波長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生變化.利用有限元方法在500kPa的測(cè)試環(huán)境中對(duì)頂角分別為90°、110°、130°、150°情況下菱形傳壓結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力特性進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)仿真參量研制了滲壓傳感器,并對(duì)該傳感器進(jìn)行了壓力標(biāo)定試驗(yàn)和溫度補(bǔ)償試驗(yàn).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:傳感器對(duì)滲壓的靈敏度為2.04nm/MPa,擬合度為0.997,重復(fù)性為0.9%,兩個(gè)測(cè)壓光柵溫度靈敏度分別為0.023 33nm/℃、0.021 68nm/℃,溫補(bǔ)光柵為0.009 916nm/℃.
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of monitoring seepage pressure in mine and dam, a fiber Bragg grating osmotic pressure sensor combined with piston and rhombic pressure transfer structure is proposed. The piston transfers the test pressure to the rhombic pressure transfer structure. The rhombic pressure transfer structure pulls the elastic steel sheet which is symmetrically connected up and down resulting in the change of the central wavelength of the fiber Bragg grating attached to the elastic steel sheet. The stress characteristics of a rhombic pressure transfer structure with a top angle of 90 擄or 110 擄or 130 擄/ 150 擄are analyzed by using the finite element method in the 500kPa test environment. The osmotic pressure sensor is developed according to the simulation parameters. The pressure calibration test and temperature compensation test are also carried out on the sensor. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sensor to osmotic pressure is 2.04nm / MPA, the fitting degree is 0.997, the repeatability is 0.9.The temperature sensitivity of the two pressure measuring gratings is 0.023 33nm/ 鈩,
