【摘要】：在解決海量線上到線下(O2O)服務(wù)環(huán)境中,引入社會(huì)關(guān)系理論,在線上服務(wù)組合階段考慮提高線下服務(wù)提供商之間的協(xié)作效率,同時(shí)優(yōu)化算法的執(zhí)行效率.首先,建立能夠反映線下服務(wù)供應(yīng)商之間協(xié)作效率的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型;其次,在線上優(yōu)化階段前增加服務(wù)過濾階段,提出社會(huì)關(guān)系擴(kuò)展的Skyline過濾方法,提高海量服務(wù)環(huán)境下的組合服務(wù)執(zhí)行效率;最后,在服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化階段,在多目標(biāo)遺傳算法中增加針對協(xié)作效率的局部搜索算子.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化方法以極小的服務(wù)質(zhì)量損失為代價(jià),提高了服務(wù)提供商之間的協(xié)作效率,同時(shí)提升了海量O2O服務(wù)環(huán)境中服務(wù)組合算法的收斂速度.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of mass O2O service environment, the theory of social relationship is introduced. In the online service composition stage, the cooperation efficiency among offline service providers is improved and the execution efficiency of the algorithm is optimized. First of all, we establish a social network model that can reflect the efficiency of offline service providers' collaboration. Secondly, we add the service filtering stage before the online optimization stage, and propose a Skyline filtering method for social relationship expansion. Finally, in the phase of service composition optimization, a local search operator for collaboration efficiency is added in the multi-objective genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed service composition optimization method improves the cooperation efficiency among service providers at the cost of minimal QoS loss and improves the convergence speed of the service composition algorithm in the massive O2O service environment.
