【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)智能配電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,提出一種新型智能配電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。根據(jù)當(dāng)前智能配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展情況,構(gòu)建融合宏觀風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和微觀指標(biāo)的智能配電網(wǎng)多級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系,使其盡可能全面地覆蓋網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素;考慮專家權(quán)威性對(duì)權(quán)重分配的影響,在模糊層次分析法的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用相似度聚類分析賦予評(píng)估體系合理的靜態(tài)主觀權(quán)重;為充分計(jì)及微觀指標(biāo)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值的時(shí)序特征,基于改進(jìn)CRITIC賦權(quán)法賦予微觀指標(biāo)相應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)客觀權(quán)重,并將其與靜態(tài)主觀權(quán)重結(jié)合為最優(yōu)變權(quán)。實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了所提模型有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the risk assessment of smart distribution network, a new model of risk assessment for smart distribution network is proposed.According to the current situation of smart distribution network, a multi-level risk assessment system of smart distribution network is constructed, which combines macro risk and micro index to cover the key risk factors in the process of network risk management as comprehensively as possible.Considering the influence of expert authority on weight distribution, the similarity clustering analysis is applied to give reasonable static subjective weight to the evaluation system on the basis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Based on the improved CRITIC weighting method, the dynamic objective weights of the micro indexes are given and combined with the static subjective weights to form the optimal variable weights.A practical example is given to verify the practicability of the proposed model.
