【摘要】：隨著信息化技術(shù)的提高,信息化管理及應(yīng)用逐漸滲透到各行各業(yè),成為各行業(yè)信息管理的重要手段。設(shè)備巡檢是石油化工行業(yè)各單位的重要基礎(chǔ)工作,利用信息化手段管理巡檢工作,能提高安全管理水平,對(duì)石化企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)具有特別重要的意義。遼河石化公司巡檢管理依然采用傳統(tǒng)方法,信息化程度不高,影響巡檢質(zhì)量。本文針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的巡檢方式存在的巡檢過(guò)程監(jiān)控質(zhì)量差、數(shù)字巡檢信息記錄內(nèi)容局限、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通訊時(shí)效性差、巡檢路徑規(guī)劃不合理等問(wèn)題,結(jié)合Android、Java EE等信息化技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于PDA(手持智能移動(dòng)終端)的遼河石化公司重整裝置巡檢系統(tǒng),達(dá)到了解決遼河石化公司重整裝置巡檢管理現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題、提高巡檢管理信息化程度、建立健全巡檢信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、降低巡檢勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、提高巡檢管理效率的目的。本文通過(guò)對(duì)重整裝置巡檢管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,找出巡檢管理需要解決的問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題發(fā)生的原因,分析了遼河石化公司重整裝置巡檢功能性需求和非功能性需求,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)出一套能夠解決該裝置巡檢管理現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的基于PDA的遼河石化公司重整裝置巡檢系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)經(jīng)系統(tǒng)測(cè)試后,應(yīng)用于實(shí)際管理中。本文針對(duì)巡檢路徑規(guī)劃不合理問(wèn)題,結(jié)合巡檢業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際情況,給出路徑優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件,建立裝置巡檢VRP模型,并采用蟻群算法對(duì)其進(jìn)行求解。將優(yōu)化過(guò)程列入PDA系統(tǒng)的巡檢路徑管理模塊中,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果和實(shí)例驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明該路徑規(guī)劃效果較為理想。論文最后對(duì)重整裝置PDA巡檢系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用后的效果進(jìn)行了分析,分析結(jié)果表明重整裝置PDA巡檢管理系統(tǒng)取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of information technology, information management and application have gradually penetrated into various industries and become an important means of information management in various industries.Equipment inspection is an important basic work of various units in petrochemical industry. The use of information technology to manage the inspection work can improve the level of safety management and has a special significance for the safety of production in petrochemical enterprises.The inspection management of Liaohe Petrochemical Company still adopts the traditional method, and the information level is not high, which affects the inspection quality.Aiming at the problems of poor monitoring quality, limited content of digital patrol information, poor time efficiency of on-site communication, unreasonable route planning of patrol and so on, this paper combines Android Java EE and other information technology.Based on PDA-held intelligent mobile terminal, a revamping unit patrol and inspection system of Liaohe Petrochemical Company is designed and developed, which can solve the existing problems and improve the information level of patrol management in Liaohe Petrochemical Company.The purpose of establishing and perfecting the information database of patrol inspection is to reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency of inspection management.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the patrol inspection and management of the reforming unit, this paper finds out the problems that need to be solved, analyzes the causes of the problems, and analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of the patrol and inspection of the revamping unit in Liaohe Petrochemical Company.Furthermore, a revamping unit of Liaohe Petrochemical Company based on PDA is designed, which can solve the existing problems of the unit inspection and management.The system is tested and applied to practical management.In this paper, the objective function and constraint conditions of route optimization are given, and the VRP model of patrol inspection is established, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.The optimization process is included in the patrol path management module of PDA system. The experimental results and the results of practical verification show that the path planning effect is satisfactory.At the end of the paper, the effect of the PDA inspection system of the reforming unit is analyzed, and the result shows that the PDA patrol management system of the reforming unit has achieved good results.
