自動(dòng)售票機(jī)硬幣處理裝置控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市軌道交通自動(dòng)售檢票(Automatic Fare Collection,AFC)系統(tǒng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)相關(guān)技術(shù)的需求量很大,硬幣處理裝置是自動(dòng)售票機(jī)(Ticket Vending Machine,TVM)中一個(gè)必不可少的模塊,它可以實(shí)現(xiàn)硬幣的接收和找零。針對(duì)上述現(xiàn)象,本文以實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口硬幣處理裝置的國(guó)產(chǎn)化為背景展開研究,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)出了一套硬幣處理裝置的控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以完成多幣種接收、多幣種找零、原幣退還和回收等基本功能,其性能指標(biāo)為真幣接收率在96%以上、假幣拒收率在98%以上、平均收幣2枚/秒、平均找零4枚/秒。根據(jù)功能和性能指標(biāo)的需求,本文介紹了硬幣處理裝置控制系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計(jì),包括硬幣識(shí)別器的選型,裝置整體控制系統(tǒng)框圖和整體處理流程的設(shè)計(jì);選擇嵌入式微控制器STM32F103ZE作為裝置的主控芯片,進(jìn)行了硬幣處理裝置總控板、硬幣存儲(chǔ)模塊、硬幣運(yùn)送模塊電路的設(shè)計(jì)和電路板的制作;介紹了硬幣處理裝置基本業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)、控制系統(tǒng)主要功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、通訊協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)和命令/響應(yīng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及硬幣處理裝置硬件電路、基本命令、性能指標(biāo)和異常情況下的調(diào)試與測(cè)試。通過最終的測(cè)試結(jié)果分析,本文最終開發(fā)出能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)硬幣處理裝置基本功能和性能指標(biāo)的控制系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automatic Fare collection system of urban rail transit in China, there is a great demand for related technology. The coin processing device is an indispensable module in ticket vending machine.It can receive coins and change them.In view of the above phenomenon, this paper studies the localization of the imported coin processing device, and designs and develops a control system of the coin processing device.The system can complete the basic functions of multi-currency receiving, multi-currency change, return and recovery of original currency, etc. Its performance index is that the receiving rate of real currency is over 96%, the rejection rate of counterfeit currency is above 98%, the average receiving rate is 2 / s, and the average value is 0 4 / s.According to the demand of function and performance index, this paper introduces the overall scheme design of the control system of coin processing device, including the selection of coin recognizer, the block diagram of the whole device control system and the design of the whole processing flow.The embedded microcontroller STM32F103ZE is selected as the main control chip of the device, and the design of the main control board, the coin storage module, the coin delivery module circuit and the circuit board of the coin processing device are carried out, and the basic business flow design of the coin processing device is introduced.The main functions of the control system, communication protocol design and command / response detailed design, as well as coin processing device hardware circuit, basic commands, performance indicators and abnormal conditions of debugging and testing.Through the analysis of the final test results, this paper develops a control system which can realize the basic function and performance index of the coin processing device.
