多尺度遙感數(shù)據(jù)按需快速處理與定量遙感產(chǎn)品生成關(guān)鍵技術(shù)2013年度報(bào)告

【摘要】:該課題重點(diǎn)解決全球陸表綜合觀測(cè)多源遙感協(xié)同反演與多尺度定量遙感產(chǎn)品生成的重大關(guān)鍵技術(shù),建立全球陸表綜合觀測(cè)的定量遙感產(chǎn)品技術(shù)體系,集成開(kāi)發(fā)新一代全球綜合觀測(cè)陸表定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)原型系統(tǒng),形成全球高精度、多尺度共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)能力,推動(dòng)共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品在我國(guó)礦產(chǎn)、森林、水、糧食等資源環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)的應(yīng)用,為實(shí)現(xiàn)全球資源環(huán)境遙感監(jiān)測(cè)的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行服務(wù)提供技術(shù)支撐。在全體人員的共同努力下,今年該課題在以下幾個(gè)方面取得了重大進(jìn)展:(1)初步建立了共性定量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)體系,包括共性產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)體系、共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、制定了多尺度數(shù)據(jù)的全球剖分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等;(2)多源多尺度遙感數(shù)據(jù)歸一化處理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)取得突破,發(fā)展了中高和中低兩個(gè)不同尺度上的幾何、輻射歸一化技術(shù),發(fā)展了多種數(shù)據(jù)的光譜歸一化技術(shù),發(fā)展了中高分辨率數(shù)據(jù)大氣校正技術(shù)等;(3)多源遙感協(xié)同高精度定量反演關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān)取得突破,確定了幾類(lèi)共性定量產(chǎn)品的衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)組網(wǎng)方案,在輻射收支、植被結(jié)構(gòu)與生長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)、水熱通量、冰雪參數(shù)等方面都取得了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破,形成了部分產(chǎn)品的軟件模塊;(4)初步搭建了共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)原型系統(tǒng)軟硬件環(huán)境,完成了中高分辨率遙感數(shù)據(jù)的歸一化處理技術(shù)集成,完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)分系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)管分系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),完成了30 m分辨率共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)算法的集成,形成了中高分辨率數(shù)據(jù)處理能力與30 m分辨率共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)能力;(5)共性產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用示范:利用該課題研發(fā)的算法為應(yīng)用課題生產(chǎn)了部分共性定量遙感產(chǎn)品,并在鄱陽(yáng)湖地區(qū)開(kāi)展了初步的應(yīng)用示范;(6)在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表了27篇論文,其中SCI論文10篇,申請(qǐng)了國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利5項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:This project focuses on solving the key technologies of multi-source remote sensing collaborative inversion and multi-scale quantitative remote sensing product generation of global land surface integrated observation, and establishes the quantitative remote sensing product technology system of global land surface integrated observation.Integrated development of a new generation of global integrated observation land surface quantitative remote sensing product production prototype system to form a global high precision, multi-scale generality quantitative remote sensing product production capacity, promote generic quantitative remote sensing products in China mineral, forest, water,The application of resources and environment monitoring, such as grain, provides technical support for the operation of remote sensing monitoring of global resources and environment.With the joint efforts of all personnel, this year the project has made significant progress in the following areas: 1) the preliminary establishment of a common quantitative product production technology system, including the common product production technology system,Generic quantitative remote sensing products production standards and specifications, the global division standard of multi-scale data, etc., etc.) the key technology of normalization processing of multi-source and multi-scale remote sensing data has made a breakthrough, and the geometry of medium and high scale and middle and low scale has been developed.The radiation normalization technology, the spectral normalization technology of various data, the atmospheric correction technology of medium and high resolution data, etc.) the key technology of cooperative high-precision quantitative inversion of multi-source remote sensing has made a breakthrough.The scheme of satellite data networking for several kinds of general quantitative products has been determined. Key technical breakthroughs have been made in the aspects of radiation budget, vegetation structure and growth state, water and heat flux, ice and snow parameters, etc.The software module of part of the products is formed, and the hardware and software environment of the prototype system for the production of general quantitative remote sensing products is preliminarily built, the normalized processing technology of the medium and high resolution remote sensing data is integrated, and the database subsystem is completed.The research and development of transportation management subsystem has completed the integration of 30 m resolution generality quantitative remote sensing product production algorithm.The production capacity of medium and high resolution data processing capacity and 30m resolution generality quantitative remote sensing product is formed. The trial production and application demonstration of generic product are presented. Some common quantitative remote sensing products are produced for the application subject by using the algorithm developed by this subject.A preliminary demonstration of application was carried out in Poyang Lake area. 27 papers were published in academic journals at home and abroad, including 10 SCI papers and 5 domestic invention patents.
