【摘要】：將合成DNA的固相亞磷酸酰胺法與自動控制技術相結合,設計了一款基于STM32的96通道寡核苷酸長鏈的合成儀.該DNA合成儀以STM32F103ZET6微控制器為主控芯片,接收、處理上位機發(fā)送的指令,并控制外圍的執(zhí)行單元.人機交互界面采用LabVIEW開發(fā),具有合成序列多通道輸入、工作狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、與主控系統(tǒng)實時通信等功能.該DNA合成儀控制系統(tǒng)可同時實現(xiàn)96個獨立通道的寡核苷酸長鏈的合成,具有合成效率高、操作界面友好、操作方便等優(yōu)點,完全滿足中小型實驗室及社區(qū)醫(yī)院的堿基合成需求.
[Abstract]:A long chain synthesizer of 96 channel oligonucleotide based on STM32 was designed by combining solid phase phosphite method with automatic control technology.The DNA synthesizer takes the STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main control chip, receives, processes the instructions sent by the upper computer, and controls the peripheral execution unit.The man-machine interface is developed with LabVIEW. It has the functions of multi-channel input of synthetic sequence, monitoring of working status and real-time communication with the main control system.The control system of DNA synthesizer can realize the synthesis of 96 independent channel oligonucleotide long chains at the same time. It has the advantages of high synthesis efficiency, friendly operation interface and convenient operation. It can fully meet the needs of base synthesis in small and medium-sized laboratories and community hospitals.
