【摘要】:電子器件的抗輻射防護(hù)和熱防護(hù)是核救災(zāi)機(jī)器人安全運(yùn)行的前提。為了使核救災(zāi)機(jī)器人具有更強(qiáng)的可靠性和更長(zhǎng)的工作時(shí)間,以機(jī)器人驅(qū)動(dòng)核心部件——電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器為研究對(duì)象,從提高自身耐輻射性能、增強(qiáng)屏蔽以及熱防護(hù)角度出發(fā)展開研究:去除和替換輻射敏感元器件,緊密式排布安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)器以提高空間利用率;基于蒙特卡羅方法模擬屏蔽材料的組成成分與屏蔽效果關(guān)系;引入相變材料延長(zhǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的工作時(shí)間。以上措施確保電子器件在環(huán)境溫度100℃、輻射總劑量為4.95×10~5 rad情況下可以正常運(yùn)行98 min,滿足核救災(zāi)機(jī)器人的基本工作要求。

In order to make the nuclear disaster relief robot have stronger reliability and longer working time, the research object is the motor driver, which is the core component driven by the robot. From the point of view of improving its radiation resistance, enhancing shielding and thermal protection, the research is carried out: removing and replacing radiation-sensitive components, arranging and installing actuators tightly to improve the space utilization ratio; Based on Monte Carlo method, the relationship between the composition of shielding material and shielding effect is simulated, and the phase change material is introduced to prolong the working time of the actuator.
