【摘要】:電子器件的抗輻射防護和熱防護是核救災(zāi)機器人安全運行的前提。為了使核救災(zāi)機器人具有更強的可靠性和更長的工作時間,以機器人驅(qū)動核心部件——電機驅(qū)動器為研究對象,從提高自身耐輻射性能、增強屏蔽以及熱防護角度出發(fā)展開研究:去除和替換輻射敏感元器件,緊密式排布安裝驅(qū)動器以提高空間利用率;基于蒙特卡羅方法模擬屏蔽材料的組成成分與屏蔽效果關(guān)系;引入相變材料延長驅(qū)動器的工作時間。以上措施確保電子器件在環(huán)境溫度100℃、輻射總劑量為4.95×10~5 rad情況下可以正常運行98 min,滿足核救災(zāi)機器人的基本工作要求。
[Abstract]:The anti-radiation protection and thermal protection of electronic devices are the premise of the safe operation of the nuclear disaster relief robot. In order to make the nuclear disaster relief robot have stronger reliability and longer working time, the research object is the motor driver, which is the core component driven by the robot. From the point of view of improving its radiation resistance, enhancing shielding and thermal protection, the research is carried out: removing and replacing radiation-sensitive components, arranging and installing actuators tightly to improve the space utilization ratio; Based on Monte Carlo method, the relationship between the composition of shielding material and shielding effect is simulated, and the phase change material is introduced to prolong the working time of the actuator.
