【摘要】:為降低高層數(shù)控裁床的支撐梁質(zhì)量和運動慣量,提高其結(jié)構(gòu)剛度,提出一種多種工程分析手段為一體的集成式優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,即結(jié)構(gòu)建模、系統(tǒng)仿真、面向應(yīng)模型與多目標優(yōu)化相結(jié)合的優(yōu)化策略。利用正交試驗對支撐梁做面響應(yīng)分析,從而獲取近似模型。進一步采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法進行多目標尋優(yōu)搜索生成Pareto最優(yōu)解集。計算結(jié)果表明,該方法不但可以有效地尋找到在支撐梁質(zhì)量和結(jié)構(gòu)剛度上都有很大改善的方案,并且對提高布料裁床動態(tài)性能、降低能耗也具有很好的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the mass and motion inertia of the support beam and improve the stiffness of the support beam, an integrated optimization design method, I. e., structural modeling, system simulation, is proposed. An optimization strategy based on the combination of the response model and multi-objective optimization is proposed. The orthogonal test is used to analyze the plane response of the braced beam.
