【摘要】：配電自動(dòng)化建設(shè)是提升配電網(wǎng)智能化水平,提升供電可靠性,保障供電質(zhì)量的重要舉措,也是配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)方向之一。通過(guò)對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)配電自動(dòng)化存在問(wèn)題的反思及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的分析,明確了配電自動(dòng)化整體功能與定位,提出了貫穿配電網(wǎng)的全方位配電自動(dòng)化規(guī)劃建設(shè)思路,并對(duì)配電自動(dòng)化的典型應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行分析。配電自動(dòng)化規(guī)劃建設(shè)中,需在全面分析配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,確定地區(qū)特色和關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,分別從網(wǎng)架梳理與優(yōu)化、模式選擇、主站建設(shè)、終端配置、設(shè)備改造和協(xié)調(diào)管理等方面統(tǒng)籌安排,從頂層高度合理構(gòu)建配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。規(guī)劃思路與理念已在內(nèi)蒙古8個(gè)盟市配電自動(dòng)化"十三五"規(guī)劃中得到應(yīng)用,顯著提高當(dāng)?shù)嘏潆娋W(wǎng)運(yùn)行管理水平,取得良好效果。
[Abstract]:The construction of distribution automation is an important measure to improve the intelligent level of distribution network, enhance the reliability of power supply and ensure the quality of power supply. It is also one of the key directions in the development of distribution network. Through the analysis of the problems existing in distribution automation in China and the analysis of its development trend, the overall function and orientation of distribution automation are clarified. The idea of omnidirectional distribution automation planning and construction through distribution network is put forward, and the typical application scenario of distribution automation is analyzed. In the planning and construction of distribution automation, it is necessary to analyze the present situation of distribution network in an all-round way. To determine the regional characteristics and key issues, respectively, from the aspects of grid structure sorting and optimization, mode selection, master station construction, terminal configuration, equipment transformation and coordination management, etc. The planning idea and idea have been applied in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Distribution Automation in eight Inner Mongolia cities, and the management level of local distribution network has been improved significantly, and good results have been obtained.
