【摘要】：針對鋁電解槽側(cè)壁傳統(tǒng)溫度檢測誤差大、時(shí)間不連續(xù)、成本昂貴、信噪比低等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于ZigBee和MLX90614非接觸式紅外溫度傳感器的鋁電解槽側(cè)壁溫度監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)硬件選用CC2530為主芯片,MLX90614為溫度測量傳感器;系統(tǒng)軟件基于TI公司的ZStack-2.5.1a協(xié)議棧進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)開發(fā)基于B/S模式(服務(wù)器/瀏覽器模式)的上位機(jī)軟件幫助工作人員實(shí)時(shí)查看和分析溫度數(shù)據(jù)�，F(xiàn)場測試結(jié)果證明:該系統(tǒng)部署方便,網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可靠,節(jié)點(diǎn)采集溫度的誤差在3℃以內(nèi),上位機(jī)軟件正常工作。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)鋁電解槽側(cè)壁溫度的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of large error, discontinuous time, high cost, low signal-to-noise ratio and so on, the traditional measurement error of sidewall temperature of aluminum reduction cell is large. A side wall temperature monitoring system of aluminum reduction cell based on ZigBee and MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature sensor is designed. The hardware of the system adopts CC2530 chip MLX90614 as the temperature sensor, and the system software is designed based on TI's ZStack-2.5.1a protocol stack. At the same time, the host computer software based on the B / S mode (server / browser mode) is developed to help the staff to view and analyze the temperature data in real time.
