【摘要】:及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地了解數(shù)控淬火機(jī)床工作的各類動(dòng)態(tài)信息,是淬火機(jī)床可靠運(yùn)行的保證,有利于加熱工件淬火質(zhì)量的提高。但傳統(tǒng)機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)信息的采集較多采用有線方式進(jìn)行傳輸,存在著排線復(fù)雜、容易脫落、影響現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)、信號(hào)傳輸距離限制、傳輸不穩(wěn)定等問題。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)與無線通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)的出現(xiàn)克服了傳統(tǒng)方法的眾多問題。本課題以熱處理設(shè)備為研究對(duì)象,以回轉(zhuǎn)支承感應(yīng)加熱淬火機(jī)床為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,研究基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)控淬火機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)信息遠(yuǎn)程智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、信息采集技術(shù)以及信息處理技術(shù)融入熱處理設(shè)備制造信息化,實(shí)現(xiàn)熱處理設(shè)備動(dòng)態(tài)信息的遠(yuǎn)程智能監(jiān)控。遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的實(shí)現(xiàn)為熱處理設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、制造、銷售、服務(wù)到回收再利用的全生命周期管理提供技術(shù)支持。本課題通過對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與故障診斷技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,確定出本系統(tǒng)的總體方案:采用433MHZ無線傳輸技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與監(jiān)控中心數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸,在監(jiān)控中心通過上位機(jī)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的Internet遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控;根據(jù)總體方案要求,對(duì)感知層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層和應(yīng)用層進(jìn)行硬件的選型與搭建;在硬件搭建完成的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)PLC的編程、通訊模式的配置、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的創(chuàng)建、組態(tài)王軟件的開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)控淬火機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的Web發(fā)布功能;最后,通過采集回轉(zhuǎn)支承表面與感應(yīng)器的間隙數(shù)據(jù)、淬火液溫度、淬火液壓力等動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證本監(jiān)控平臺(tái)的可行性。本課題通過理論分析與試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,搭建了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)控淬火機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)信息遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)控淬火機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)信息的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控;谖锫(lián)網(wǎng)的淬火機(jī)床動(dòng)態(tài)信息遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的實(shí)現(xiàn),對(duì)強(qiáng)化熱處理設(shè)備精細(xì)管控能力具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Knowing all kinds of dynamic information of NC quenching machine in time and accurately is the guarantee of reliable operation of quenching machine. It is beneficial to the improvement of quenching quality of heating workpiece, but the collection of dynamic data of traditional machine tools is transmitted by wire, which is complicated in wiring, easy to fall off, which affects field production and limits the distance of signal transmission. With the development of network technology, sensor technology and wireless communication technology, the emergence of wireless sensor network (WSNs) overcomes many problems of traditional methods. Taking induction heating and quenching machine with rotary bearing as test object, the remote intelligent monitoring system for dynamic information of NC quenching machine based on Internet of things is studied. The information collection technology and information processing technology are integrated into the heat treatment equipment manufacturing information to realize the remote intelligent monitoring of the heat treatment equipment dynamic information, the remote monitoring and control realization is the heat treatment equipment design, the manufacture, the sale, The whole life cycle management of service to recycling provides technical support. This paper analyzes the technology of Internet of things and fault diagnosis technology. The overall scheme of the system is determined as follows: the wireless transmission technology of 433MHZ is adopted to realize the wireless transmission of the data from the work site and the monitoring center, and the Internet remote monitoring of the dynamic data is realized through the software of the upper computer in the monitoring center, according to the requirements of the overall scheme, On the basis of the completion of hardware construction, through the programming of PLC, the configuration of communication mode, the creation of SQL Server database, and the development of Kingview software, the hardware selection and construction of perceptual layer, network layer and application layer are carried out. The Web release function based on the dynamic data of the CNC quenching machine tool is realized. Finally, the data of the gap between the surface of the rotary bearing and the inductor, the quenching fluid temperature, the quenching fluid pressure and so on are collected. The feasibility of this monitoring platform is verified. Through the research method of combining theoretical analysis and experiment, the remote monitoring system of dynamic information of NC quenching machine based on Internet of things is set up. The remote monitoring of dynamic information of NC quenching machine is realized. The realization of remote monitoring of dynamic information of quenching machine based on Internet of things is of great significance to strengthen the fine control ability of heat treatment equipment.
