【摘要】:分析了綜采工作面自動(dòng)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)采煤機(jī)記憶割煤、支架跟機(jī)自動(dòng)化、煤巖識(shí)別等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用情況及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了綜采工作面高速傳輸無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、采煤機(jī)模糊判斷和自適應(yīng)割煤、支架高級(jí)跟機(jī)自動(dòng)化、工作面實(shí)景成像、工作面自動(dòng)校直等技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of automation development of fully mechanized coal face, analyzes the application and existing problems of memory coal cutting, support following automation, coal and rock identification and so on, and puts forward the construction of wireless network for high-speed transmission in fully mechanized coal mining face. Standardized data transmission, fuzzy judgment and self-adaptive coal cutting of shearer, automation of support advanced follower, actual scene imaging of working face, automatic straightening of working face and so on.
