【摘要】:本文介紹了一種高靈敏度光纖溫度傳感器.該傳感器由一小段毛細管熔接于單模光纖和一段大模場光纖之間而構(gòu)成串聯(lián)的兩個法布里-珀羅干涉儀.由于倆干涉儀具有相近的自由光譜區(qū),因而它們的疊加光譜會產(chǎn)生游標效應(yīng).實驗結(jié)果顯示,利用游標效應(yīng)解調(diào),該傳感器的溫度靈敏度可從單一空氣腔法布里-珀羅干涉儀的0.71 pm/℃提高到179.30 pm/℃.該傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊(1 mm)且靈敏度高,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a high sensitivity optical fiber temperature sensor is introduced. The sensor consists of a small piece of capillary tube fused between a single mode fiber and a large mode field fiber and constitutes two Fabry-Perot interferometers in series. The instrument has similar free spectrum region, Therefore, the superposition spectrum of them will produce the cursor effect.
