【摘要】:X射線單晶衍射結(jié)構(gòu)分析是認(rèn)識(shí)晶態(tài)物質(zhì)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的重要途徑和權(quán)威方法,X射線單晶衍射儀也逐漸成為常規(guī)表征儀器。通過(guò)X射線單晶衍射儀的研發(fā),提升了我國(guó)重大儀器設(shè)備專(zhuān)項(xiàng)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)突破了國(guó)內(nèi)X射線單晶衍射儀一直處于空白的尷尬現(xiàn)狀,改變國(guó)內(nèi)高等院校、科研院所一直以來(lái)依靠國(guó)外進(jìn)口的被動(dòng)局面。X射線單晶衍射儀操作與控制系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)儀器各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)采集、分析和處理,是單晶衍射儀的核心軟件。論文結(jié)合國(guó)家重大科學(xué)儀器設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)X射線單晶衍射儀操作與控制系統(tǒng),深入了解各組成功能模塊及系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),綜合現(xiàn)階段已有的單晶衍射儀軟件控制系統(tǒng)存在的不足,突破上位機(jī)直接控制下位機(jī)模式,設(shè)計(jì)了基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的組織架構(gòu);采用RabbitMQ企業(yè)級(jí)消息隊(duì)列服務(wù)器作為通信控制服務(wù)器,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)具體業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)消息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并以此為基礎(chǔ)搭建遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)的通信控制層;封裝系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù),終端通過(guò)自定義協(xié)議XSI進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程通信;在圖像預(yù)處理方面應(yīng)用晶體學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)衍射圖像的倒易變換進(jìn)行理論上的推導(dǎo),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)尋峰算法,強(qiáng)度分布算法以及強(qiáng)度映射算法,為后期圖像處理提供有力的理論支撐;設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)智能判別算法,采用基于峰值點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度以及坐標(biāo)位置的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的智能判定;最后對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)的功能和通信控制服務(wù)器性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:X-ray single crystal diffraction structure analysis is an important way to understand the microstructure of crystalline materials. X-ray single crystal diffractometer has also gradually become a conventional characterization instrument, through the development of X-ray single crystal diffractometer, It has enhanced the international competitiveness of major instrument and equipment projects in our country, at the same time broke through the embarrassing situation that domestic X-ray single crystal diffractometer has been in blank all along, and changed the domestic universities and colleges. The operating and controlling system of X-ray single crystal diffractometer is responsible for monitoring, data acquisition, analysis and processing of each component of the instrument. It is the core software of single crystal diffractometer. In this paper, the operation and control system of X-ray single crystal diffractometer is developed in combination with the national major scientific instrument equipment, and the functional modules and system structure of each component are deeply understood. Based on the shortcomings of the existing single crystal diffractometer software control system, the paper designs the organization structure based on C / S structure and adopts RabbitMQ enterprise message queue server as the communication control server, which breaks through the mode of the upper computer directly controlling the lower computer, and designs the organization structure based on the C / S structure. The message system is designed according to the specific services of the system and the communication control layer of the remote control system is built on the basis of which the communication control layer of the remote control system is built, and the system service is encapsulated. The terminal carries on the remote communication through the custom protocol XSI. In the aspect of image preprocessing, using the knowledge of crystallography to deduce the reciprocal transformation of diffraction image, we design and implement the peak searching algorithm, intensity distribution algorithm and intensity mapping algorithm. It provides powerful theoretical support for later image processing, designs and implements intelligent discriminant algorithm, and uses the evaluation standard based on peak strength and coordinate position to realize the intelligent judgment of equipment state. Finally, the function of remote control system and the performance of communication control server are tested.
