基于S7-400冗余的LNG氣化站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著環(huán)境污染問題越來越受到重視,LNG (LiquefiedNatural Gas)作為一種清潔能源受到越來越多企業(yè)的青睞。由于LNG具有易燃、易爆的特點(diǎn),LNG氣化站安全等級(jí)要求很高。因此,構(gòu)建冗余的LNG氣化站自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),根據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)儲(chǔ)存的大量過程數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理研究,搭建數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái);進(jìn)而探討過程數(shù)據(jù)與安全預(yù)警之間的關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)安全等級(jí)的實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測,對(duì)保證LNG氣化站的安全運(yùn)行具有重要意義。本課題以津熱集團(tuán)北辰供熱公司的LNG氣化站為研究對(duì)象,在了解我國LNG氣化站的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和國內(nèi)外工業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析LNG氣化過程特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了 LNG氣化站測控方案;通過分析LNG氣化站監(jiān)控的需求,構(gòu)建了基于PC+PLC的、冗余的LNG氣化站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。同時(shí)完成了 PLC系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)。完成了基于WinCC的LNG氣化站監(jiān)控軟件開發(fā)與數(shù)據(jù)開放技術(shù)研究。利用WinCC組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái)研究開發(fā)LNG氣化站運(yùn)行過程監(jiān)控軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)流程查看、遠(yuǎn)程操作、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)顯示、報(bào)警顯示和查詢、操作記錄顯示和查詢和用戶管理等功能。調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,以上功能均運(yùn)行良好。研究開放的LNG氣化站實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集和存儲(chǔ)技術(shù),完成了過程類數(shù)據(jù)和操作類數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ),為數(shù)據(jù)管理和分析平臺(tái)的研究與開發(fā)奠定基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)行了面向安全的數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)的研究與開發(fā)。通過研究LNG氣化站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫特點(diǎn),采用C#語言進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了過程類、操作類和報(bào)警等歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢。通過分析與LNG氣化站安全等級(jí)之間存在關(guān)聯(lián)的過程參數(shù),利用模糊控制理論得到可燃?xì)怏w濃度、環(huán)境溫度與集液池溫度之差和LNG氣化站安全等級(jí)之間的關(guān)系模型,并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫和查詢表實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)LNG氣化站安全等級(jí)的實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測,調(diào)試結(jié)果表明采用多參數(shù)模糊綜合預(yù)警可提高預(yù)警的時(shí)效性和準(zhǔn)確性。本系統(tǒng)已在津熱集團(tuán)北辰供熱公司的LNG氣化站實(shí)際運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好;監(jiān)控軟件和數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)界面友好,功能合理,能夠滿足LNG氣化站的需求。
[Abstract]:As more and more attention has been paid to the problem of environmental pollution, as a kind of clean energy, LNG has attracted more and more attention from enterprises. Because of its flammable and explosive characteristics, LNG gasification station requires high safety grade. The redundant automatic monitoring system of LNG gasification station is constructed. According to a large number of process data stored in the monitoring system, the data management platform is built, and the relationship between process data and security early warning is discussed. The realization of real-time prediction of safety grade is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of LNG Gasification Station. This paper takes the LNG Gasification Station of Beichen heating Company of Tianjin Heat Group as the research object. On the basis of understanding the development status of LNG gasification station in China and industrial monitoring system at home and abroad, through analyzing the characteristics and key parameters of LNG gasification process, the measurement and control scheme of LNG gasification station is designed, and the monitoring requirements of LNG gasification station are analyzed. Based on PC PLC, Redundant LNG gasification station monitoring system architecture. At the same time, completed the hardware design of PLC system. Completed the LNG gasification station monitoring software development and data opening technology research based on WinCC. Use WinCC configuration software development platform to research open. LNG gasification station operation process monitoring software, Functions such as flow view, remote operation, real-time data display, alarm display and query, operation record display and query and user management are realized. All of the above functions are running well. The open LNG gasification station real-time data acquisition and storage technology is studied, and the process class data and operation class data storage are completed. It lays a foundation for the research and development of data management and analysis platform. The research and development of secure data management platform is carried out. By studying the database characteristics of LNG gasification station monitoring system, the data management platform is developed with C # language. The process class, operation class, alarm and other historical data query are realized. By analyzing the process parameters associated with the safety grade of LNG gasification station, the flammable gas concentration is obtained by using fuzzy control theory. The relation model between the difference between ambient temperature and the temperature of liquid collecting tank and the safety grade of LNG gasification station is established. The real-time prediction of the safety grade of LNG gasification station is realized by combining the database and query table. The test results show that multi-parameter fuzzy comprehensive early warning can improve the timeliness and accuracy of the early warning. The system has been actually running in the LNG gasification station of Beichen heating Company of Jinre Group and the system is running well. The monitoring software and data management platform have friendly interface and reasonable function, and can meet the needs of LNG gasification station.
