【摘要】:介紹了一種CMOS數(shù)字溫度傳感器的設計方法,并針對因工藝偏差所導致一致性差、成品率低的問題提出一種新型自校正技術.利用自校正技術可以有效抑制溫度傳感器核心模塊的基準電壓隨工藝波動而變化,改善芯片之間的一致性.文中設置不同的工藝角對基準電壓源進行仿真,通過對比開啟與關閉自校正模塊狀態(tài)下基準電壓的最大偏差,驗證了自校正技術的有效性.本設計采用CSMCB5212 0.5μm CMOS工藝實現(xiàn),提供SPI數(shù)字接口,輸出10-bit溫度值.實際測試結果表明該溫度傳感器在-35℃~105℃溫度范圍內溫度精度±1℃,整體功耗小于0.6mW.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a design method of CMOS digital temperature sensor is introduced. A new self-tuning technique is proposed, which can effectively restrain the reference voltage of the core module of temperature sensor from changing with the process fluctuation. In this paper, the reference voltage source is simulated with different process angles, and the maximum deviation of the reference voltage under the condition of opening and closing the self-tuning module is compared. The validity of the self-tuning technique is verified. The design is realized by CSMCB5212 0.5 渭 m CMOS process, which provides SPI digital interface and outputs 10-bit temperature value.
