果蠅優(yōu)化算法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:作為一種新穎的群智能優(yōu)化方法,受基于視覺和嗅覺的覓食行為的啟發(fā)而提出的果蠅優(yōu)化算法具有易理解和實(shí)現(xiàn)、控制參數(shù)少的特點(diǎn).近年來果蠅優(yōu)化算法的研究受到了廣泛關(guān)注,果蠅優(yōu)化算法及其變種在諸多工程優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域得到了成功應(yīng)用.闡述果蠅優(yōu)化算法的設(shè)計思想與機(jī)制,重點(diǎn)綜述果蠅優(yōu)化算法的研究進(jìn)展,包括維持種群多樣性、知識驅(qū)動策略與協(xié)同機(jī)制的設(shè)計等方面的改進(jìn)工作.同時,介紹果蠅優(yōu)化算法在離散優(yōu)化、多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化、不確定優(yōu)化等方面的擴(kuò)展性研究工作,并總結(jié)果蠅優(yōu)化算法的代表性應(yīng)用研究成果,最后指出在理論、設(shè)計、擴(kuò)展、應(yīng)用等方面未來進(jìn)一步的研究方向和內(nèi)容.
[Abstract]:As a novel swarm intelligence optimization method, Drosophila optimization algorithm, inspired by the foraging behavior based on vision and smell, is easy to understand and implement. In recent years, the research of Drosophila optimization algorithm has received extensive attention, and the Drosophila optimization algorithm and its varieties have been successfully applied in many fields of engineering optimization. The design idea and mechanism of Drosophila optimization algorithm are described. The research progress of Drosophila optimization algorithm is reviewed, including the improvement of population diversity, knowledge driven strategy and collaborative mechanism design. At the same time, the discrete optimization and multi-objective optimization of Drosophila optimization algorithm are introduced. The research work on expansibility of uncertain optimization and the research results of representative application of Drosophila optimization algorithm are summarized. Finally, the future research directions and contents in theory, design, extension and application are pointed out.
