【摘要】:針對山西省大學(xué)生工程訓(xùn)練綜合能力競賽的主題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種將重力勢能轉(zhuǎn)化為動(dòng)能且自動(dòng)繞行"8"字軌跡的小車。首先,通過Matlab軟件模擬計(jì)算出小車?yán)@行的最佳"8"字軌跡,根據(jù)軌跡的大小確定小車后輪直徑和齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)比;然后,通過不完全齒輪和曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)相結(jié)合來設(shè)計(jì)小車的自動(dòng)換向系統(tǒng),當(dāng)不完全齒輪有齒部分和無齒部分周期性地進(jìn)入嚙合時(shí),小車相應(yīng)地繞行"8"字軌跡的非圓弧部分和圓弧部分;最后,采用UG NX軟件對小車的各組成機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模、裝配及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。在仿真取得理想的效果后,對小車進(jìn)行加工制作與調(diào)試。經(jīng)過參加省賽的實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),證明了該機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:In view of the theme of the comprehensive ability competition of engineering training for college students in Shanxi Province, a car is designed to convert the potential energy of gravity into kinetic energy and automatically detour the track of "8" word. The best "8" word trajectory of the car is calculated by Matlab software, and the diameter of the rear wheel and the transmission ratio of the gear mechanism are determined according to the size of the track. Then, an automatic reversing system is designed through the combination of incomplete gear and crank rocker mechanism, when the incomplete gear has teeth and the toothless part periodically enters meshing. The car correspondingly detours the non-arc part and the circular part of the "8" character track; Finally, the UG NX software is used to model, assemble and simulate the components of the vehicle. The manufacture and debugging of the trolley are carried out, and the rationality of the design of the organization is proved by the practice of participating in the provincial race.
