高精度動(dòng)態(tài)光纖應(yīng)變傳感研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的光纖應(yīng)變傳感技術(shù)無(wú)法在滿(mǎn)足高精度和強(qiáng)環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定的動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)變傳感.為了解決該問(wèn)題,本文將光干涉原理應(yīng)用于光纖應(yīng)變傳感,設(shè)計(jì)了一種強(qiáng)環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的基于干涉結(jié)構(gòu)的高精度光纖應(yīng)變傳感系統(tǒng),基于掃頻干涉信號(hào)的互相關(guān)系數(shù),該系統(tǒng)可以穩(wěn)定地探測(cè)應(yīng)變.本文還提出一種動(dòng)態(tài)探測(cè)算法,該算法彌補(bǔ)了系統(tǒng)只能探測(cè)較小應(yīng)變的缺陷,大大提升了實(shí)際應(yīng)變的探測(cè)范圍,同時(shí)還實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)的應(yīng)變檢測(cè);采用三次樣條插值算法,提升了小應(yīng)變探測(cè)的精度.理論分析和仿真模擬表明,在加入白噪聲的信號(hào)信噪比為15dB時(shí),插值后的探測(cè)精度是未插值探測(cè)精度的2.3倍,插值后本系統(tǒng)探測(cè)結(jié)果的最大誤差只有約9nε.
[Abstract]:Traditional optical fiber strain sensing technology can not achieve stable dynamic strain sensing while satisfying high precision and strong environment adaptability. In order to solve this problem, the principle of optical interference is applied to fiber optic strain sensing. A high precision fiber strain sensing system based on interference structure is designed, which is based on the correlation number of frequency sweep interference signal. This system can detect strain stably. This paper also proposes a dynamic detection algorithm, which makes up for the defect that the system can detect only small strain, and greatly improves the detection range of actual strain. At the same time, dynamic strain detection is realized. The accuracy of small strain detection is improved by using cubic spline interpolation algorithm. Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal to noise is 15dB when white noise is added. The detection accuracy of the interpolated system is 2.3 times that of the uninterpolated one, and the maximum error of the system is only about 9n 蔚.
