基于用戶研究的六軸教育機器人設計

【摘要】:在制造業(yè)轉型升級、機器人自動化生產日益成熟的時代大背景下,機器人教育已成為當今社會的熱點,顯示出廣闊的發(fā)展前景。高職院校作為培養(yǎng)高等技術應用型人才的教育單位,在機器人教育培訓中占有重要的地位。然而,現有的教育機器人產品存在很多問題,不能完全滿足老師和學生的需求。隨著用戶研究在產品設計中的應用不斷成熟和完善,將其應用到教育機器人產品設計中,從用戶的角度出發(fā),設計適合"教"和"學"的教育機器人產品是越來越多用戶的訴求。目前國內針對高職院校使用的教育機器人產品的研究相對較少,且研究人員主要集中在技術領域,對使用教育機器人產品的用戶研究很少。本文秉持"以用戶為中心"的設計思想,以用戶研究為起點,對學校、教師、學生三類用戶進行深入的分析和探討,獲取不同類用戶對教育機器人產品的需求,進而對教育機器人產品進行分析、定位和設計,整個流程都有用戶的參與。本文第一部分對教育機器人產品進行簡要的概述,包括教育機器人在高職院校的應用背景,教育機器人與普通工業(yè)機器人的區(qū)別與聯系、當前教育機器人產品存在的問題等,進而提出基于用戶研究的教育機器人設計理念。第二部分是針對產品用戶的需求分析。選擇適合于不同用戶的用戶研究方法,將用戶需求分為三方面進行研究:學校教學目標和內容、教師需求、學生需求三種類別。通過文獻檢索、問卷調查、深入訪談、焦點小組等定性分析和定量分析方法,深入挖掘用戶需求,梳理產品需求點。第三部分是針對產品設計要素的分析。主要從功能、形態(tài)、CMF、人機交互四個方面對產品進行分析。產品功能方面基于用戶需求進行優(yōu)先級劃分;形態(tài)和CMF方面采用形態(tài)和CMF偏好實驗的方法獲取用戶對形態(tài)的需求;人機方面歸類分析教育機器人產品的人機交互特征,提煉出人機界面交互原則。最后從安全性、教育性、趣味性和創(chuàng)新性、適應性等方面提出教育機器人產品的設計原則。第四部分以濟南亞歷山大智能科技公司的實際項目——高職院校桌面六軸教育機器人項目為案例,設計了一款供相關專業(yè)師生使用的教育機器人產品。在設計的過程中從設計師和用戶的角度進行方案的設計和篩選,對產品進行反復修改調整,最終完成教育機器人產品的設計。本文將用戶研究融入到教育機器人產品的整個設計過程中,分析產品的功能、形態(tài)、CMF、人機交互等與用戶的關系,探究影響用戶使用教育機器人的因素,通過教育機器人產品的設計提高了學生的學習效率,同時提升學生對機器人學習的興趣,培養(yǎng)了學生團隊合作、邏輯思維以及良好的綜合實踐能力。為以后的教育機器人產品設計提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the background of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading, robot automation production is becoming more and more mature, robot education has become a hot spot in today's society. The higher vocational college, as an educational unit of cultivating applied talents of higher technology, plays an important role in robot education and training. The existing educational robot products have many problems and can not fully meet the needs of teachers and students. With the application of user research in product design has been mature and perfect. It is applied to the design of educational robot products from the point of view of users. Designing educational robot products suitable for "teaching" and "learning" is the demand of more and more users. And the researchers mainly focus on the technical field, the use of educational robot products of the user research. This paper adhere to the "user-centered" design idea, user research as a starting point, to schools, teachers. Students of three types of users in-depth analysis and discussion, to obtain different types of users of educational robot products, and then to analyze, location and design of educational robot products. The whole process has the user's participation. The first part of this paper gives a brief overview of the educational robot products, including the application background of educational robot in higher vocational colleges. The difference and relation between educational robot and ordinary industrial robot, the problems existing in the current educational robot products and so on. Then the design concept of educational robot based on user research is put forward. The second part is to analyze the needs of product users and select user research methods suitable for different users. The user needs are divided into three aspects: teaching objectives and contents, teachers' needs, students' needs, through literature retrieval, questionnaires, in-depth interviews. Focus group and other qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, in-depth mining user needs, combing product demand points. The third part is aimed at the analysis of product design elements. Mainly from the function, form of CMF. The product is analyzed in four aspects of human-computer interaction. In the aspect of morphology and CMF, morphological and CMF preference experiments are used to obtain the user's demand for morphology. The human-computer classification and analysis of the human-computer interaction characteristics of educational robot products, extraction of human-machine interface interaction principles. Finally, from the security, education, interest and innovation. The design principles of educational robot products are put forward in the aspects of adaptability and so on. Part 4th takes the actual project of Jinan Alexandria Intelligent Technology Company-the desktop six-axis educational robot project in higher vocational colleges as an example. Designed an educational robot product for teachers and students. In the design process from the designer and the user's point of view of the design and screening the product repeatedly modified and adjusted. Finally, the design of educational robot product is completed. In this paper, user research is integrated into the whole design process of educational robot product, and the relationship between user and user is analyzed, such as the function of the product, the form of CMF, the human-computer interaction, etc. Explore the factors that affect the user's use of educational robot, through the design of educational robot products to improve the learning efficiency of students, at the same time, enhance students' interest in robot learning, and cultivate student team cooperation. Logical thinking and good comprehensive practical ability. Provide reference for future design of educational robot products.
