【摘要】：詮釋了生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行制造系統(tǒng)(MES)智能化的內(nèi)涵,提出了石化MES智能化功能提升方案,闡明提升應(yīng)包括功能層及平臺層中已有功能提升和新功能構(gòu)建及功能集成。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了平臺層中的工廠模型提升、智能計算服務(wù)環(huán)境和事件服務(wù)中心這三大智能支撐功能的提升。采用基于面向?qū)ο蠓治龇椒ǖ墓S模型擴(kuò)展方法,實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)有工廠模型提升。通過問題求解算法選型及組件封裝,實現(xiàn)了智能計算服務(wù)環(huán)境的構(gòu)建。在介紹事件服務(wù)中心總體架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別闡述了為了實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜事件檢測和專家知識庫兩大核心功能所解決的復(fù)雜事件匹配模型和專家規(guī)則引擎的構(gòu)建等關(guān)鍵問題。依據(jù)所提出的集成方案,將三大提升功能集成于現(xiàn)有MES平臺之中,實現(xiàn)了平臺功能提升。最后介紹了為實現(xiàn)某煉化企業(yè)乙烯裝置節(jié)能降耗和安全生產(chǎn)所進(jìn)行的MES智能化功能提升、實際應(yīng)用效果及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:This paper explains the connotation of intelligent production execution manufacturing system (mes), and puts forward an intelligent function upgrading scheme for petrochemical MES. It is clarified that the promotion should include the existing function enhancement and the new function construction and function integration in the functional layer and platform layer. This paper focuses on the promotion of factory model in the platform layer. The intelligent computing service environment and event service center are the three main functions of intelligent support. The factory model extension method based on object-oriented analysis is adopted. Through problem solving algorithm selection and component encapsulation, the intelligent computing service environment is constructed. The overall architecture of event service center is introduced. In order to realize the two core functions of complex event detection and expert knowledge base, the key problems such as complex event matching model and the construction of expert rule engine are expounded respectively. Integrate the three enhancements into the existing MES platform. Finally, the MES intelligent function, practical application effect and economic benefit are introduced in order to realize energy saving and consumption reduction and safety production of ethylene plant in a refinery.
