【摘要】：為設(shè)計(jì)出符合用戶感性期望的數(shù)控機(jī)床配色,提高配色設(shè)計(jì)效率,提出一種使用案例進(jìn)行數(shù)控機(jī)床感性配色設(shè)計(jì)的方法。以感性意象配色為基礎(chǔ),采用案例推理理論,結(jié)合數(shù)控機(jī)床配色規(guī)則及數(shù)控機(jī)床配色意象表征分類(lèi),建立以數(shù)控機(jī)床配色規(guī)則及數(shù)控機(jī)床意象為主的案例知識(shí)表達(dá)方法,依據(jù)所需偏好色彩意象及意象值對(duì)案例進(jìn)行意象相似性檢索和匹配,獲取相似度高的案例,并通過(guò)配色規(guī)則和色彩的提取及優(yōu)化獲取最終的配色設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)用戶所需感性意象及案例配色系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)控車(chē)床進(jìn)行配色設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷打分驗(yàn)證基于案例數(shù)控機(jī)床感性配色設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)適用于數(shù)控機(jī)床配色。
[Abstract]:In order to design the color matching method of NC machine tool which accords with the user's perceptual expectation and improve the efficiency of color matching design, this paper puts forward a design method of NC machine tool's perceptual color matching based on perceptual image color matching. By adopting the theory of case-based reasoning, combining the color matching rules of NC machine tools and the classification of color matching image of NC machine tools, a case knowledge representation method based on color matching rules of NC machine tools and images of NC machine tools is established. According to the preference of color image and image value, image similarity retrieval and matching are carried out to obtain the case with high similarity. And through color matching rules and color extraction and optimization to obtain the final color design scheme. According to the perceptual image required by the user and case color matching system, the color matching design of CNC lathe is carried out. It is verified by questionnaire scoring that the perceptual color matching design system based on case-based NC machine tool is suitable for NC machine tool color matching.
