【摘要】:介紹了光纖法布里-珀羅(F-P)傳感器的傳統(tǒng)解調(diào)方法,系統(tǒng)地推導(dǎo)了針對(duì)非本征法布里-珀羅干涉型(EFPI)傳感器解調(diào)的三波長數(shù)字相位解調(diào)法的解調(diào)原理,仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了三波長數(shù)字相位解調(diào)法的解調(diào)誤差。仿真分析結(jié)果表明,相位偏離正交關(guān)系是限制解調(diào)的最主要因素,要保證解調(diào)誤差在15 nm以內(nèi),腔長變化應(yīng)小于在正交腔長處2μm的范圍。采用3個(gè)獨(dú)立的激光光源進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在正交腔長附近1μm范圍內(nèi)變化,解調(diào)腔長誤差小于12 nm,重復(fù)性誤差小于10 nm,解調(diào)具有良好的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The traditional demodulation method of fiber optic Fabry-Perot (F-P) sensor is introduced. The demodulation principle of three-wavelength digital phase demodulation for extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometric (EFPI) sensor is systematically derived. The demodulation error of the three-wavelength digital phase demodulation method is analyzed by simulation and experiment. The simulation results show that the phase deviation from the orthogonal relationship is the most important factor limiting the demodulation, and the demodulation error should be guaranteed to be within 15 nm. The change of cavity length should be smaller than that in the range of 2 渭 m in the quadrature cavity. Three independent laser sources were used to carry out the experiment. The experimental results show that the variation is in the range of 1 渭 m near the length of the orthogonal cavity. The error of demodulation cavity length is less than 12 nm, the repeatability error is less than 10 nm, and the demodulation has good stability.
