【摘要】：提出腦空間信息學(xué)是示蹤、測量、分析、處理和呈現(xiàn)跨層次多尺度腦空間信息數(shù)據(jù)的一門綜合與集成的科學(xué).討論了腦空間信息學(xué)的研究內(nèi)容、技術(shù)體系和關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題,分析了其學(xué)科定位,展望了其應(yīng)用前景.以顯微光學(xué)切片斷層成像為核心的全腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化技術(shù)體系的建立,標(biāo)志著腦空間信息學(xué)這一新興交叉學(xué)科日臻成熟.基于具有明確時空尺度和位置信息的神經(jīng)元類型、神經(jīng)環(huán)路和網(wǎng)絡(luò)、血管網(wǎng)絡(luò)等三維精細(xì)腦結(jié)構(gòu)與功能大數(shù)據(jù),提取跨層次、多尺度的腦連接時空特征,腦空間信息學(xué)將幫助科學(xué)家更好地破譯腦功能與腦疾病,并推動類腦人工智能的發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:The brain spatial information science is tracing, measurement, analysis, processing and presentation of cross level brain multi-scale spatial information data of a comprehensive and integrated science. Discussed the research content of brain spatial information science and technology system and key scientific problems, analyzes its disciplinary orientation, looking to establish its application prospects. Micro optical sectioning tomography as the core of the whole brain network visualization system, marking the brain spatial information science is a new interdisciplinary maturity. Neuron types with clear spatial scales and position information based on neural network and loop network, vascular structure and function of 3D brain data extraction, cross level, time and space the connection characteristics of multi-scale brain, brain spatial information will help scientists to better decipher brain function and brain diseases, and promote the development of the brain like artificial intelligence.
