【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)實問題中優(yōu)化模型復(fù)雜、變量類型混合、求解難問題,通過構(gòu)建面向混合變量的蟻群優(yōu)化信息素模型和設(shè)計螞蟻隨機解構(gòu)建方法,提出能夠充分有效處理混合連續(xù)、有序或無序離散變量的蟻群優(yōu)化算法。進一步考慮現(xiàn)實問題中目標函數(shù)評估次數(shù)未知或昂貴優(yōu)化場景,設(shè)計面向任意時間優(yōu)化的算法參數(shù)評估指標,自動化配置算法同時提高解的質(zhì)量和優(yōu)化執(zhí)行效率,生成了面向混合變量和任意時間優(yōu)化的蟻群算法。最后在標準工程優(yōu)化問題中進行測試,通過與文獻結(jié)果的比較,驗證了新蟻群算法的高效性和魯棒性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the practical problems in the optimization model of complex variable type, mixed, for solving hard problems, through the building for mixed variable pheromone ant colony optimization model and design method of random ant deconstruction, can effectively deal with mixed continuous, ordered or unordered discrete variables ant colony optimization algorithm. The number of unknown or expensive to further consider the evaluation of the objective function to optimize the scene in reality, the evaluation index of algorithm parameters optimization design for arbitrary time, automatic configuration algorithm and to improve the quality and efficiency of the optimal solution, generated for mixed variables and random time optimization of ant colony algorithm. The final test in the standard engineering optimization problem, by comparison with the existing results, verify the high efficiency and robust a new ant colony algorithm.
