【摘要】:液晶屏作為現(xiàn)代信息顯示和人機(jī)交互的主要媒介已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于各領(lǐng)域,其生產(chǎn)工藝流程不斷優(yōu)化,生產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線的功能是對生產(chǎn)的液晶屏進(jìn)行老化測試,剔除具有缺陷的液晶屏,確保液晶屏出廠合格率。本文對液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品族進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì),目的是開發(fā)出液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品平臺,以實(shí)現(xiàn)液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線的快速定制設(shè)計(jì)。同時,該產(chǎn)品平臺對液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)升級、在線維護(hù)等也具有重要意義。本文在對產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以快速和可重構(gòu)產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)理念為指導(dǎo),制定了液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案。對液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線從功能結(jié)構(gòu)上進(jìn)行了模塊劃分,分為三級模塊,第一級模塊為機(jī)械裝置模塊和計(jì)算機(jī)控制模塊,其中機(jī)械裝置模塊又劃分為六個功能部件模塊(第二級模塊),功能部件模塊進(jìn)一步劃分出若干零件級的最小模塊(第三級模塊)。同時,為了縮短生產(chǎn)周期,本文還從生產(chǎn)制造方面進(jìn)行了模塊劃分,并結(jié)合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際制定了模塊命名規(guī)則。本文應(yīng)用模塊化和參數(shù)化相結(jié)合的方法重點(diǎn)對機(jī)械裝置模塊進(jìn)行了具體設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出了可用于平臺開發(fā)的pallet系統(tǒng)、皮帶傳輸系統(tǒng)、升降傳輸系統(tǒng)、平移傳輸系統(tǒng)、倍速鏈傳輸系統(tǒng)、其它輔助模塊六大模塊和它們的零件級的子模塊。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品平臺相關(guān)理論,利用VB編程技術(shù)對SolidWorks進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),初步完成了液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品平臺的開發(fā),通過平臺可實(shí)現(xiàn)對機(jī)械裝置模塊的快速變型設(shè)計(jì)。最后,探討了云模式下液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品平臺相關(guān)理論和技術(shù),提出了液晶屏自動老化生產(chǎn)線云平臺開發(fā)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)體系。
[Abstract]:As the main medium of modern information display and human-computer interaction, liquid crystal screen has been widely used in various fields, and its production process has been continuously optimized. The function of the automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is to test the aging of the liquid crystal screen and eliminate the defective liquid crystal screen. This paper studies and designs the product family of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen, in order to develop the product platform of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen. In order to realize the rapid customization design of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line, at the same time, the product platform upgrades the technology of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line. Online maintenance is also of great significance. Based on the research of product family design theory, this paper is guided by the concept of rapid and reconfigurable product family design. The overall scheme of product family design for automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is established. The module of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is divided into three levels according to its functional structure. The first stage module is a mechanical device module and a computer control module, wherein the mechanical device module is divided into six functional component modules (the second stage module). The function module is further divided into the smallest module (the third level module). At the same time, in order to shorten the production cycle, this paper also carries on the module division from the production manufacture aspect. Combined with the actual production of enterprises to formulate the rules of module naming. This paper uses the combination of modularization and parameterization method to focus on the specific design of the mechanical module. The pallet system, belt transmission system, lifting transmission system, translation transmission system and double speed chain transmission system are designed. According to the theory of product platform, the second development of SolidWorks is carried out by using VB programming technology. The product platform of the automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen has been developed preliminarily, through which the rapid variant design of the mechanical device module can be realized. Finally. This paper discusses the theory and technology related to the product platform of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line under cloud mode, and puts forward the basic structure system of cloud platform development for liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line.
