【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),社會(huì)對(duì)電力的需求持續(xù)增加,電力供需矛盾越發(fā)顯得緊張,為保障電力供應(yīng)的有序進(jìn)行,不斷提高電力系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性就顯得尤為重要。對(duì)老舊變電站進(jìn)行綜合自動(dòng)化改造,有利于提高設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化水平,改進(jìn)變電站的運(yùn)行管理模式,保障電力系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性,進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ),具有積極的意義。本文針對(duì)沁陽(yáng)變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定,保護(hù)元件老化,無(wú)專(zhuān)用蓄電池室,微機(jī)五防閉鎖系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常故障等問(wèn)題,從安全性、效能與成本、政策適應(yīng)性三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行討論分析,提出兩種改造方案。方案一:進(jìn)行智能變電站改造;方案二:進(jìn)行常規(guī)模式綜合自動(dòng)化變電站改造。本文對(duì)這兩種方案從安全、效能與設(shè)備全壽命周期成本方面進(jìn)行比較,最終選擇方案二為改造方案。方案主要對(duì)變電站系統(tǒng)保護(hù)部分、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、元件保護(hù)與自動(dòng)裝置、圖形網(wǎng)管機(jī)、直流系統(tǒng)和微機(jī)五防閉鎖系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。在改造工程完成后,通過(guò)對(duì)沁陽(yáng)變電站新投入的綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行一段時(shí)期內(nèi)電能質(zhì)量等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)改造前后從管理效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)分析和效益對(duì)比結(jié)果均表明改造后的變電站優(yōu)于改造前的水平。同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的改造也為我公司以后在其他老舊變電站進(jìn)行綜合自動(dòng)化改造工程提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)及參考。
[Abstract]:With China's rapid economic growth, increasing social demand for electricity, power supply and demand contradictions become increasingly tense, for the protection of the power supply in an orderly manner, it is particularly important to improve the safety and reliability of power system. The integrated automation transformation of the old substation, is conducive to improve the level of automation equipment, operation and management mode improvement of substation, ensure security and reliability of power system, further strengthen safe production base, has a positive significance. According to the Qinyang substation monitoring system operation instability, protection component aging, no special battery room, microcomputer five anti lock system is often failure, from the safety, efficiency and cost, three the policy adaptability were discussed, put forward two kinds of transformation scheme: intelligent substation retrofit; scheme two: routine mode synthesis Comprehensive renovation of substation automation. Based on these two schemes are compared from the safety, efficiency and equipment life cycle cost, the final selection scheme for transformation scheme of substation protection system, monitoring system, component protection and automatic device, graphics management machine, DC system and microcomputer five anti lock system are presented. The detailed design in the renovation project is completed, the operation period of power quality indicators were analyzed by the integrated automation system of substation of Qinyang new investment, and for the transformation from before and after the management benefit, compared the economic benefit and social benefit, the benefit index analysis and comparing of the results showed that the substation is better than the reformation of the level before. At the same time through the transformation of the project for our company later in other old substation comprehensive automatic transformation The project provides experience and reference.
