【摘要】:在控制系統(tǒng)不斷發(fā)展的過程中,對系統(tǒng)、設備等的可靠性考量越來越看重,在諸多的工控現(xiàn)場,高可靠性已成為考核系統(tǒng)性能的重點指標。所以,容錯技術對生產(chǎn)是否能夠具有連續(xù)性,控制系統(tǒng)能否可靠和有效運行的首選方法。冗余,變?yōu)橐粋控制系統(tǒng)設計之初高可靠性設計中考量的必選項。因此,本課題的研究具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。本文論述了控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的原始定義,控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的量化指標,分析了典型的冗余結構及可靠性評價依據(jù);收集、歸納并總結了控制系統(tǒng),特別基于控制器冗余的基本結構下可靠性指標的主要計算方法;在完成理論基礎的研究與學習之后,選擇了合適本文研究的兩種建模方法:Markov建模法、Petri網(wǎng)建模法,對兩種方法的理論概念做了詳細研究。在理論深入研究的基礎上,設計了三種典型冗余結構:三模混合冗余、帶熱備的和雙機實時比較的系統(tǒng),分別用Markov建模法和Petri網(wǎng)建模法計算可靠性的數(shù)據(jù)指標,進行橫向和縱向比較;在可修系統(tǒng)評價體系下進行分析總結并提出一種可實施方案,通過舉出現(xiàn)實中存在的相關冗余系統(tǒng)案例,印證和驗證了所提方案的合理性。文章對系統(tǒng)的基本原理、結構模型、工作方式以及評估體系做了深度研究之后,跳出單一的系統(tǒng)計算和設計,通過對冗余結構設計,并用不同的兩種方法進行三種冗余結構系統(tǒng)的可靠性計算,分析了得到的可靠性的結果,根據(jù)分析,提出以此為依據(jù)的冗余系統(tǒng)可靠性評估實施方案。
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of the control system, the system reliability of the equipment, and other considerations become increasingly valued, in many industrial control field, high reliability has become a key index evaluation system performance. Therefore, the fault-tolerant technology on the production can be continuous, the control method of choice whether reliable and effective operation of the system. The redundant, variable a control system design at the beginning of the high reliability design of senior high school entrance examination amount of necessary option. Therefore, this research has certain theoretical significance and practical value. This paper discusses the original definition of the reliability of the control system, control system reliability index, analyzes the redundancy structure and reliability evaluation based on typical collection, induction; and summarizes the control system, especially the main calculation method of reliability index of the basic structure of the redundant controllers based on the theoretical basis of research; after completion of the selection and learning. Two choose the appropriate modeling method of this paper: Markov modeling method and modeling method of Petri net theory, the concept of two kinds of methods are studied in detail. Based on the thorough study of the theory, the design of three typical redundant structure: the third mock exam system with hybrid redundancy hot standby and dual time comparison, data were calculated by Markov index reliability modeling method and Petri net modeling method, horizontal and vertical comparison; analyzed and proposed an implementation scheme in repairable system evaluation system, redundant system by case cited in existence, confirm and validates the rationality of the basic principle. And the system structure model, after the work mode and evaluation system to do in-depth research, out of the calculation and design of a single system, through the design of redundant structure, and three kinds of redundancy by two different methods The reliability calculation of the structural system is calculated and the results of the reliability are analyzed. According to the analysis, the implementation scheme of the reliability evaluation of the redundant system based on this is proposed.
