【摘要】：結(jié)合外部知識,使用特定方法進行知識圖譜的鏈接預(yù)測,即知識圖譜中缺失信息的發(fā)現(xiàn)和還原,是目前知識圖譜領(lǐng)域研究的熱點和關(guān)鍵。以電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用為背景,基于已經(jīng)構(gòu)建好的描述用戶興趣的知識圖譜,結(jié)合外部數(shù)據(jù)集,以貝葉斯網(wǎng)這一重要概率圖模型作為不同商品之間相似性及其不確定性的表示和推理框架,通過對商品屬性進行統(tǒng)計計算,構(gòu)建反映商品之間相似關(guān)系的貝葉斯網(wǎng),進而基于概率推理機制,定量地判斷商品節(jié)點與用戶節(jié)點之間存在鏈接的真實性,得到真實和完整的知識圖譜,為個性化推薦和關(guān)聯(lián)查詢提供依據(jù)。建立在真實數(shù)據(jù)上的實驗結(jié)果表明,提出的模型和算法是有效的。
[Abstract]:Combination of external knowledge, use of specific methods of mapping knowledge link prediction, namely the lack of information in the discovery and mapping of knowledge reduction, is currently a hot research field and key knowledge map. Applying electronic commerce as the background, the knowledge map has been constructed based on the user interest description, combined with the external data set to the Bayesian network a probability graph model and as uncertainty representation and reasoning framework similar to the different commodity, through the statistics of the commodity attribute calculation, to construct a Bayesian network relationship between commodity and reflect similar, probabilistic reasoning mechanism based on quantitative estimation of real existence link between commodity nodes and user nodes, get real and knowledge map complete, provide the basis for personalized recommendation and related queries. Experimental results based on real data show that the proposed model and algorithm The law is effective.
